Yes there is 😊 I can’t wait to try the Singapore Suites but although I haven’t tried it yet either, the Etihad Residence beats both Singapore Suites and Emirates suites.
Emirates offering of first class from Dubai to Australia is very old very dated and needs to be revamped I’ve travelled it many times. I’m not quite sure why they don’t run the triple seven first class service ER to Australia. It’s a long haul after all. I’m sure they have their reasons, but it also gives me reasons to choose other carriers such as Qatar, which is much better first class Australia Dubai Liked your review, but you could’ve been more critical of the long leg of your journey on the A380
Hi Tony, I completely agree with you! I’m always disappointed when I get onboard the A380 and I see the old first class suite. It was great years ago but is well outdated. There is an aisle in between but you can have 2 suites next to each other
Price ?
I pinned in the comments at the top 🔝 as I have been asked this before 😊
Lounge situation at Geneva?
Geneva lounge sucks !!! Worst lounge in Western Europe
is this the new redesign that they made a video about a couple weeks ago? the same one?
I haven’t see a newer style of suite since I filmed this one this February 2024 so 3 months ago, if you have let me know, I would be curious to see 😊👍
I dont drink coffee either ..there should be an alternative
@@lyndaharwood5535 they have a great selection of Tea 🫖 😊
Dom P and other soft drinks are offered as standard, seemed to have missed from the video
Emerites first class can be a premium capsule hotel room.
a premium one indeed with exceptional service, food, beverages and enteratinment to go with it 🤩
So there is no shower in 777 ? But I love first class Boeing 777 more ❤ same experience I had business class flight from Zurich to Dubai but with A380 but it's the best seat I ever had, got mini bar and spacious legs as well..compare when I came from Dubai to Hamburg because it was B 777 😢 no mini bar
No shower on the 777s unfortunately, aircraft probably not big enough 🤷🏽♂️
Emirates is in the process of upgrading their fleet including the A380 so we should see some stunning suites in the coming months 👌
Nothing beats Singapore suites
Yes there is 😊
I can’t wait to try the Singapore Suites but although I haven’t tried it yet either, the Etihad Residence beats both Singapore Suites and Emirates suites.
@@topsnowtravelExactly! That is the next level. 👍
Imho they really overdo on the lightnings 😂😂...btw I need to cut down coffee due to increasing blood pressure 😢
@@oraza66 yeah the lighting is so necessary but I love it 😂
Emirates offering of first class from Dubai to Australia is very old very dated and needs to be revamped
I’ve travelled it many times. I’m not quite sure why they don’t run the triple seven first class service ER to Australia. It’s a long haul after all.
I’m sure they have their reasons, but it also gives me reasons to choose other carriers such as Qatar, which is much better first class Australia Dubai
Liked your review, but you could’ve been more critical of the long leg of your journey on the A380
Hi Tony, I completely agree with you!
I’m always disappointed when I get onboard the A380 and I see the old first class suite. It was great years ago but is well outdated. The good news is, not sure if you heard about it but Emirates is going to do a $3 billion retrofitting program of its existing fleet of Airbus A380s including aircrafts from Dubai to Australia 🇦🇺 🤩
Have a read here:
amp.smh.com.au/business/companies/boeing-s-issues-have-cost-3-billion-and-will-last-years-warns-emirates-boss-20240602-p5jinw.html
Ethihad also sends old boards to Australia
Yes, if you are in Melbourne, you can choose Qatar 😅
Are you South African?
No I’m 1/2 French 🇫🇷 1/2 Aussie 🇦🇺 😊
Not as much room a first suites on Singapore or Etihad though
@@ktjamlex I haven’t tried either but they’re on my list 😊
omg why was there not the Caviar Service?
There is the caviar service, I’m just not a big fan of caviar to be honest
There was, and he mentioned it, but he didn't want it.
@@heatherstub
Hello new subscriber here 👈🏼 , will you adopt me please 😊 excellent video, hopefully someday I'll get to fly 🛫✈️🛬 first class on Emirates, the cabins look so comfy especially the reclining chair/ bed and I always like the amenity bag's and pajamas you get along with the champagne 🍾🥂 and food you can eat 🥐☕🍽️🧆🍝🥗🍷🥂😊👍🏼👍🏼
@@BeliaLastes thank you so much 😊🙏
I hope 🤞 you get to experience it one day or something even better!!!
No caviar in first class?
Yes there is but I didn’t feel like it. I’m not too fussed about it and I prefer the other appetisers on offer.
Emirates offers unlimited caviar in its first. Eat as much as you like.
@@topsnowtravel I heard you mention it.
You resemble Jason Sudeikis
@@tonoychakraborty813 😂🤣 never been told that before
none of the xtras are free ,,,,,,,i work in hospitality.........always built into the price
I’m sure technically you’re right. But it’s nice to have the illusion not to have to “pay extra” for anything while flying. The little extra snacks in the minibars are just a small token compared to everything else. Were you referring to the snacks in the minibar?
i bet. you only get what you have paid for. and i notice than no one says what the flight actually costs. it wouldnt surprise me if that first flight was around *20,000 or more
to be honest i'm not too sure what that flight cost in the First Class suite from Geneva to Dubai as the whole booking was a combo of Cathay Pacific and Emirates as follow:
11 Jan 2024
Sydney > Hong Kong in Business Class with Cathay Pacific
Hong Kong > Paris in First Class with Cathay Pacific
You can watch that video experience here: th-cam.com/video/tynlzezFKOQ/w-d-xo.html
05 February 2024
Geneva > Dubai in First Class with Emirates
Dubai Brisbane in First Class with Emirates
This is why i don't mention the cost or the amount of points that particular flight cost me but happy to share the info:
The total booking cost me 476,046 Qantas points + AUD $2,452.12 in taxes.
Is over 13 hundred but his are free, he is sponsored..
@@jerseylionesses no sponsorship, all my flight reviews are independently booked, paid and reviewed. I already mentioned in a previous comment I bought the ticket using points and paid the taxes
Looks great . But what if your flying with a GF or worse A Wife ?
Just keep the doors and service window open and book the 2 suites next to each other on the other side: 2F and 2K 😊👍
Otherwise business class or first class on the A380 in the middle aisle 😊
Like Billy no mates in there
Just keep the doors and service window open and book the 2 suites next to each other on the other side: 2F and 2K . If you want more atmosphere, probably best to book a route with the A380 which has a BAR and LOUNGE 😊👍
I found him quite hard to 😊hear.
Yeah sorry for the audio, I didn’t have a mic on 😅
I will be sure to have one next time
All amazing except they have changed their caviar make and it’s really not yummy any more
Oh right thanks for letting us know. I didn’t try the caviar on this flight, so many appetisers already , I was so full haha 😂
No, Singapore Airlines’ A380 Suite is better.
I guess it probably is but I haven’t flown 1st class with SQ yet so I can’t personally say. From what I have flown , this Emirates first class suite was the best. The Etihad Residence would win the lot though in that case
Work boots jeans and T shirt in first class? I may be old fashioned, but maybe an attire upgrade would be appropriate.
You’re right, it would be more appropriate 😅
I only generally travel in jeans and t shirt for comfort though
I would honestly dress for the occasion but Anyone that can afford to fly first class on emirates don’t need to prove anything with dress code!
I usually do, just not this time 🤷🏽♂️
I will wear a polo 👕 at least next time 😊
Were you actually showering fully naked...?! 🙊
Well yes, i don't shower with clothes on 🚿 😂 Don't worry, i would always make sure no private parts were displayed...
@@topsnowtravel No, we wanted to see, actually I would want to see 🙊. Can we see in any video?🙈. Also where is your ethnicity?
It’s just too much…..becomes gimmicky and tacky.
Yeah you don’t need half the staff on offer but when you experience it , it’s amazing and I guess Emirates wants best the competition so they always try to innovate and enhance the experience, like most premium airlines 🤷♂️
hovelad8214 If somebody were to give you a trip in that suite as a gift you would forget those words in a heartbeat and be in that suite faster than the speed of light.
@@raffiminassian2339 yep….with a vomit bag in hand! 🤮
@@hovelad8214 You will be pushing every one of those buttons and using every one of those gimmicks and enjoying what they are designed to do. Come on! Just like topsnowtravel said in his reply to you: "when you experience it, it's amazing..."
No atmosphere there,,,like your shut in,,,,not for me
Fair enough . In that case business might be more appropriate for you or keep the doors and service window open and book the 2 suites next to each other on the other side: 2F and 2K . If you want more atmosphere, probably best to book a route with the A380 which has a BAR and LOUNGE 😊👍
I will never Fly Emirates or Virgin Atlantic…. Virgin too WOKE and Emirates treat the Woman Badly They should not have to wear a Head scarf 🧣 or abide by Islamic Rules,
Sorry to hear you had a bad experience from the crew at Emirates. So far all Emirates flights i have ever taken always had a friendly crew and excellent service. Hopefully 🤞 it will always be that way when I travel with Emirates.
@@topsnowtravel Read my comment again … Its not about the Staff .. It’s how the Airline treat the staff …
@@daidavies6210 ok I understand what you’re saying but I haven’t noticed this on my side.
@@topsnowtravelyou need to up your reading comprehension. What this fella’s trying to say is that Emirates mandates their cabin crew to wear a scarf (part of their uniform) which covers the neck so as to be aligned with Islamic principals. It’s degrading and forceful..
@@benistehpwn hey easy mate. I completely understood. Wearing a scarf is part of the uniform, if you’re not happy with this don’t apply and work there, simple as that. No one is being forced to work as a flight attendant at Emirates. I don’t know too many but all women I know that work at Emirates are treated really well by the company, if anything, it’s the odd passengers that treat staff members poorly.
Can you comb your bed hair next time? It was bothering me the entire video. Was so distracting! Also found it so odd you don’t drink coffee? Lol like what
@@Arshavin23rd yeah I was looking a bit rough I must admit, it was beanie hair not bed hair 😂 it’s not as bad in my other videos.
I tried coffee when I was 8yrs old and found it disgusting 🤮 and I haven’t tried or wanted to try coffee ☕️ since, I’m happy with tea for warm drinks 😊
Not worth the money. I'd rather fly cheap, then splurge at a 5 star resort at my destination instead of blowing my wad on an over priced fru fru seat.
No worries, i'm not too sure why in that case you wasted your time warching this video if you don't have an interest in First Class travel 🤷🏼♂️
If I could find a low 4 figure fare from Atlanta or JFK to Cebu, I would happily take it, but not at the overpriced high4 figure to 5 figure fare. That is a waste of money
Why oh why are the people who do these reviews so bloody boring for example slippers and the rest come on eat drink and be merry in your own little capsule never mind the lighting just pick one you like have some good wine and brandy you paid for it, the people who work around you must have great laugh at how much you spend yet you don't seem to realise what is there for you and I do not mean in a greedy way.
I have enjoyed the wine, food and all the services greatly and I’m pretty sure I was quite “merry” too 😊👍
Not worth the money.
If you can fly it on a short flight or using FF points, the price you pay for the experience is worth it, if you can afford it at least once in your lifetime, you’ll be glad you did.
How many valuable, beautiful things you got!😌👍That's a big word, they don't just give things like that, or is this a completely new service, in the first class...💕😁🫂✌️
