I Try Emirates First Class 👉th-cam.com/video/Eqstz3AMbVw/w-d-xo.html
Tim you pay that much for business class flying from US to UK. I thought it would be 20-30 K you are lucky
About the flights not being long enough to enjoy meals, amenities, and sleep as well: I've flown "backwards" in order to connect to a longer flight for this reason. Then I just pray for no tailwind!
The best is to live on the west coast of the United States: good flight length to Europe or Asia. Presuming you are flying upper class of course. Otherwise it's hell. So I'm told 🙂
From what I've seen on other videos. The toilet is cleaned between guests.
I believe Nicole Kidman is the face of Etihad A380 if you check the video advertisements.
Tim u really need to cut those finger nails...🙈
Who remembers when tim used to review run down english holiday parks 😂
And Britannia Hotels. I miss them as I can afford to visit those hellholes too 😂
P.s he also visited run down Welsh Holiday parks 😅
The lemon is wrapped so when you squeeze it over the bikinis and caviar no pips.Mother of pearl spoon to serve caviar so the egg are not damaged and flavour not affected 😉
I miss them so much! It's different now.
I enjoyed the seaside walks. This is great but that was fun too.
Lol I want more of those
Now that's what you call a First Class flight! Fab video Tim. Singapore Suites next?
My 2 favs ❤️🥂
now there's an idea ;-)
How much did you have to pay for yours Will. The prices are crazy but WOW 👌
@WalkWithMeTim you and Will should do a series for the Travel channel .... remember wish you were here and Holiday on TV in the 70s and 80s
@@linimcfc715 He doesn't need it. He should remain the master of his own destiny.
I admire Tim's commitment to wearing white. If I tried that I'd have dinner down my front within 30 seconds... even if I wasn't eating dinner.
I'm the same. You can always tell what I've had to eat just by looking at my shirt. I could send it to the 3rd world for them to feast on for a week. 😃
Omg me too!! No white for me. It turns cream In a millisecond 😂
I thought I was the only one. 😂
@@elaiinejennings5426😂😂😂😂😂❤
Coffee down mine , followed by food . I need a bib . Always drink white wine when out , not red !
Can't believe your first impression of the super first class service is a guy walking off away from you, not walking WITH you or having polite conversation. What a cold way to start such an expensive journey
I thought that too. Tim literally had to say, "Wait for me!"
The walking guide to the lounge looked like he was rushing to finish his shift.
Not only that, hear how he walks... "sloffing" with his shoes on the floor. Very inpolite.
I would report that man to Customer Services. It is shocking to pay all that 💰💰💰💰 and then to be treated like that. No engaging with the customer or weather discussion pleasantries. No eye contact or walking at the pace that suits the client. He walked sloppy too and dragged his feet as he approached the handover. Admittedly, he probably does this walk 30 times a day, but that's no excuse. It's the job he signed up for. Yeap, that would definitely be a complaint from me.
Than guy couldn’t have walked any faster right?
P.s. i stayed in a B&B in Beer, Devon last week and did a "Tim" ..... checked the sheets & pillows, the mattress for bed bugs, the glasses, the kettle!! The shower could only fit 2 😂😂😂😂😂😂 although the room was far from perfect, what made it was the personalities and kindness of the owners. ❤
Beer village is so beautiful. ❤️
🤣 I bet you had a fantastic time too, beautiful part of the country
Love Beer!
😆 Same here
The kindness and hospitality offered by owners/managers of pubs and B&Bs helps make one's stays particularly pleasant and fun, even without luxury. I have happy memories of stays around the UK. One night was spent in a family owned castle that took in guests ... we were invited to join the family for tea. Nothing fancy, but we were regaled with great stories and the history of the place. Our room was a bit dank and chilly, the shower water just tepid, but what an experience, thanks to our hospitable hosts who also joined us at breakfast and took us for a tour of the place and it's grounds. We were there a bit off season and the only guests that night, which may explain the personal touch, but it was much appreciated.
I have such a hard time believing that you would offend anyone in your videos. Keep being you, Tim! Your videos are amazing!!!
When I remember the days of lockdown & I first came across your seaside walks in Clacton & Gt. Yarmouth, I never thought you'd one day be having caviar on board a plane in a VIP suite with people escorting you around Tim! I bet YOU didn't dream that day would come either. But come it has. So well deserved. Please take no notice of the comments on here regarding ''click bait'' & other such mundane & irrelevant things! You say what you want, go where you want & go for it. The sky's the limit & thank you for showing us all over the world! 🗺x J x😄
Well said, i think those people are just miserable and jealous!
Thanks Judy
Bit Shoddy that they made you walk through the airport almost having to chase after some guy to take you to the VIP Lounge. Lovely hotel room in the sky!!
yeah, what if you were elderly or had difficulties walking? that guy was ignorant. Shouldn't be working for the airline with that attitude
That was bizarre. Surely employ someone to that role with some people skills.
I thought that. Just plain rude and ignorant
And carry the bag for that price!
@@lauratippett he gave the airline a bad image
Toilet seats that are left up is to show you it's been cleaned and no one else has used it!
didn‘t know that. Ta
Yup, correct. I personally don't like that but you're correct.
Oh ? When I go to stay at a caravan, the toilet seat is always down with a ' I have been cleaned ' tape over it, and a new wrapped loo roll. Now that's 1st clarse 'vanning😂
Would you clean it if people are paying 5 grand for sit on it they could buy a new toilet every flight ✈️ 5 thousand pound rip off 📴
I'll have to tell my blind friend b4 he sits on it.
This is a brilliant review, I've seen this a few times on other channels and mostly American vloggers who just focus on the positives, without showing the whole picture. As amazing as it was it's also great to see the real experience without bias.
Wow, thanks!
I think you’re right about booking the suite for longer flights. It’s an experience, so if you’ve got the money do it!
Good point😊
Honestly man your videos are amazing, before I sleep I go through your videos everyday now and it’s like bed time therapy. Quite sad I know, but hey I’ve actually travelled the world in luxury and stayed at the best hotels for everything that Tim pays for! Thanks Tim, you’re a legend!
Means alot , thank you
Tim has such a soothing voice. I think I’ll give the bedtime therapy a try.
You're paying Tim by watching his videos which in return allows him to do these videos haha
I watch at bedtime too. So relaxing!
I could see streaming his videos to sleep to as he has a calm voice, a relaxed pace. I seek this out as I sleep with Bluetooth ear buds nightly. My latest kick has been some documentaries narrated by Kris Kristofferson LOL.
My late father in law laid the first airstrip both in Abu Dhabi and in Doha during the second World War . He was with the royal Engineers and planes returning from the far east theatre had nowhere to land and risked crashing if out of fuel , so airstrips were created in both places. Employing local workmen , he was alone carrying out both tasks and spoke of being guarded by the men of the local Sheikh bearing scimitars . This was of corse before the discovery of oil and the Sheikh lived very modestly .
Greatly enjoyed the film
@jackmeeellleee4896 I read your comment exactly as you typed it and automatically pronounced it in a Geordie accent 😄
@@cjay6547 🤣My father in law was a Welsh speaker from the village of Senghenydd , north of Caerphilly. it was the sc3ne of the UK’s worst min8ng disaster in 1913.
@beverleyevans3262 I'm starting to think if I mentioned the Arsenal 'Invincibles' side of the 2003/4 Premier League season, you might say your late father-in-law also played for them. 😉🤣
Obsessed with every video Tim does. They help me escape too. I feel like I’m there. I’ve never noticed the small details that he points out. Absolutely love this channel and his love of slippers from the hotels 😂
Tim, please carry on doing these travel vlogs! They are genuinely the best ones to watch - even if your flying cheap Ryanair - it’s very amusing to generally watch you strolling across the Airports. I’m waiting for more 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you
😂😂😂😂I'd b worried I wouldn't get out of the bed .....sleepy I'm in a hotel....wow
Bless you........ appreciate you do work hard on our behalf thankyou...😊it's not easy wen mind is in work mode.
One of your best videos. The problem with booking such expensive air travel, is that unless the flight is a very long one you really don't get to enjoy the luxury.
Right. And if I pay $15-20k for tickets I’m gonna prob want as long as flight as possible, at least a chance to eat, relax, & then sleep for a few hours
a 19 hour flight would better.
Longer flights than this would be way more expensive as well
@annaelisavettavonnedozza9607 yea at that point it's probably more expensive than where we're going
This was certainly impressive. I have never flown Etihad Airways, but I've heard nothing but good about their service. Good to know Etihad Airways have decided to continue to fly the A380 post pandemic.
yes and so have emirates
Yup @WalkWithMeTim
I'd trust Airbus over Boeing any day, especially even more so these days....hence another reason to not fly Ryanair
@@pattij2961 I wouldn't fly with Ryanair for all the tea in China.
@@WalkWithMeTimEmirates would be in a bit of a pickle if they tried not to use their A380 fleet 😅
Mums new favourite channel, she literally watches every video like 3 times 😂
I would be so embarrassed being in that VIP lounge on my own.. 😆 Those sliding doors opening and closing were too much!! lol
Yes 😂😂😂. I'd have to sit with my back to the door 😅!!
I think all that seating is so that you can wine and dine your entourage, before sending them back to business class.
In my opinion, it is an outstanding airline that helps its customers AFTER the plane lands to get home, make their next flight, etc.
I would completely fly this way. Having privacy and comfort is a huge thing for me. The meals wouldn't matter so much, but the rest of it would. Great video, Tim. 🙂
Yes, once one wins the lottery 😅!
@dawnjohnson5937 depends on how many flights you're taking.
What about the peep hole? They will look in on you every 30mins. Would weird me out, esp if I was in bed with the Mrs. Oooh errr!
That fellow who showed you to your waiting lounge upon boarding was less than hospitable. He walked five paces ahead of you, didn't engage with you and I noticed he was shuffling his feet when he walked.
Yes it's not tye service I expected
I like experiencing these luxury accommodations vicariously through your videos Tim
I will never pay these prices to experience it myself LOL
I'm currently in the Hilton on Yas Island. You can fit about 8 people in the shower comfortably. Saves you a job

WOW
I HOPE WOMAN ARE INVITED!
@@ekop1778 😆 🤣 😂
Lack of modesty & morals is really shocking 🤔🤨😳
I saved hard to visit my daughter in Perth WA. Flew Business Class Emirates, it was fantastic, next time 1st Class? Lottery win, ty for sharing Tim 🎉✈️ 18 hours to enjoy the delights of the best foods and champagne ❤
That looks like a wonderful, once in a lifetime, experience. ❤
I watch a lot of this type of video and I find your presentation style really cool.
Others do a good job but are a bit robotic. You come over as a normal guy who,
like the rest of us gets a bit scared in bad weather and turbulence etc.
Keep up the good work.
Fab Vblog Tim. I've only just found your channel but i'm addicted. What an experience you had, the first class service was out of this world. Few areas that needs addressing, like the journey to the VIP lounge, that escort was so rude walking ahead of you, he needs to up his customer service skills.👌
Thanks Chrissie, welcome along
Have you heard of the Landmark Trust? They have lots of unique and historic buildings to stay in if you need a quick and easy video.
That is nice, a friendly handshake. A short while ago. Human contact was a no no. Back to humans being human again.
Thanks so much for taking me on an adventure. I used to travel a lot but cannot so much anymore. This is the next best thing.
Shower not working AGAIN! I'm not impressed with that, but I am impressed with everything else.
I guess the only time you would ever need a flight like that would be on say 12 plus hour flight. I did 17 hours on a flight from Kuala lumpur to UK. I was right at the back with no seat adjustment. I tell you could have done with that flight then.
Such an experience. The price is very steep, but as an experience if you can, then do it. The food looked incredible. Thank you for bringing us along again, really enjoyable as usual.
Wow us mere peasants can only dream of such experiences.
Awesome, Tim!!! I'm so looking forward to watching this one! Your videos are so great that I always wish they were longer! 👏
Tims having the time of his life !! ❤
you might be surprised to hear that I couldn't enjoy this like you think
@@WalkWithMeTim yes I guess it’s hard work with recording etc , doing an amazing job though , helps people decide where they want to go etc .
Fab that Tim. Another great vlog. 😊xx
Wow! We thoroughly enjoyed being with you in The Residence! Your videos really are enjoyable Tim, thank you for all of them.
A380 had a quiet and smooth takeoff when we were in business and also in premium economy.
Sooooo happy that you told us how many people could fit in the showers’ 😀
Can’t wait to see your next video …. with love from Buckinghamshire.
Thanks Kristina
It is a lovely feeling checking into First Class . You feel so privileged and special as though you are the only one . Then you think of all the others travelling First and no you are not the only one . I imagine the cost is now prohibitive from about ten years ago . I remember back in the day how nice Singapore , Emirates and Virgin Airline lounges were and the food .
I'm a bit shocked too, so much to take in! For that kind of money I would have expected to be driven in a buggy of some kind across the airport rather than walking, but apart from that it was amazing. If I had the money I would do it, but it would have to be for much longer than 6 hours!
timmy me and the wife actually like the part u showered in the other video it felt very homely in a way and authentic
What a glorious flight! Just amazing! Love your dedication to making good content! Although it’s expensive but definitely once in a lifetime experience
When I flew with Etihad in business, I kept the amenity kit and sold it on eBay. Might help contribute towards the cost Tim 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
lol selling it on eBay is hilarious 😂 how much did u charge it for?
@@foreverlis We started at 99p and averaged around £8 💵💵😂😂. As a certain supermarket says ‘every little helps’ 🤣🤣🤣
@@pippab636 😂😂😂
OMG Tim. I love these videos that you make. They never get boring. Loved it!!❤❤❤
I quite enjoy these First Class plane videos. Also, i would love to see some videos filmed in Eastern Asia, like S. Korea. I feel that you haven’t really made a video in that area before. Great Vid Tim❤
Glad you like them! Thank you
The wrapped up lemon garni is so you can squeeze it and no bits or seeds get out. I really enjoyed this!
I stayed in a hotel in battery park, NY - I was shocked. Got to love dad jokes
Tim, I’ve never seen you looking remotely shocked at anything in a video where the title went “I was shocked!” That said, I love the details you talked about such as the bedroom peephole and the motorised foot rest, which I haven’t seen mentioned in any other Residence review.
Really enjoy your vlogs. Have been watching a few with my Mum who is enjoying her retirement traveling with her partner abroad each month!
Another first class vlog, excuse the pun,the service looked fantastic and I would imagine that if anyone used this regular then the price wouldn't make any difference, your style of showing what is on offer is great and for anyone who just likes watching these but would never use them it's like we are travelling with you, keep up the great work tim
I think my favourite was the little glimpse at the afternoon tea, how sweet was that! Bed looked so comfortable too, what a treat
Oh wow, if you are going to travel in style, that’s the way to do it, awwww bless the air steward pouring your champagne, I could see her shaking🥰
She probably caught Tim doing something through the peephole 10 minutes before, and hadn’t quite recovered yet.
I'm living vicariously through you and loving it! Thank you.
My Goodness Tim! You are, Indeed, a Mad Lad!!!! This is bonkers amazing! Yikes! Thank you for indulging me in this beyond Posh experience! I am thrilled that I and my many family and friends watching you help you afford these lavish trips. I personally love the more simple and even grotty ones. 😉🥰
If I was in the position to be able to pay that sort of price for the flight as a treat, I'd rather put the money towards having a top hotel stay in the destination I was travelling too rather than putting it on the flight. If money was no object though, then of course I'd do this - it looks amazing. 4 people crouching in the shower is a little disturbing, but the free tap of Champagne would overcome most of my anxieties.
I Think This Guy Tim Thinks He Is a MILLIONARE Earth To Tim 🤔🤩
You are so lucky to have experienced these wonderful places, I have missed so much in my life but can experience a little through your videos
New subscriber here, and wow, what an absolutely amazing channel! Binge watching them all at the weekends🙌🏻
Awesome! Thank you!
"The take-off on the A380 is so smooth and so quiet, maybe because I'm upstairs and towards the front. It's probably different downstairs, and towards the back, you'll have to let me know in the comments."
Tim just flexing on us that we'll never see him in economy again. 😎😂
The guy taking Tim to the lounge should be walking WITH him NOT making the passenger KEEP up WITH HIM, you could have an invisible disability like asthma!!! The guy also didn’t hold any kind of conversation with him either… what an awkward silence… what happened to first class experience.
Such an amazing Hotel Suite and that Loo is to die for! You could eat a bad meal before arriving at the Airport. Then after boarding you could be sitting in the Loo for the entire flight! While sipping an exotic drink! Very niceee.
That looked amazing!! You really need a long haul like to Australia tho for that and I half expected some sort of frequent flyer points hack at the end! That food looked divine too! Love these videos thank you Tim 😊
Tim, definitely hope you're signed up to all the frequent flyer / hotel loyalty schemes. Then you can take us on even more travels
Amazing video. I love to see something like this that I’d never actually see in real life. Amazing how ordinary a lot of the experience seemed, even though it cost sooo much money. Lovely but somehow just quite ‘ordinary’, despite all the lavishness. Considering the cost. I guess it’s just another day in life for someone who can afford £5k!
Oh, my days @WalkWithMeTim love the video, especially the NOSHING AWAY comment because where I come from, that means something completely different 😂
I thought exactly the same thing 🫣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I thought that too😂
Thank you Tim,
for letting us experience the Residence with you.
Well, that sure is some experience! I have always avoided flying unless it was absolutely necessary but I could certainly happily fly Residence class! As always, very much appreciate you enabling us to enjoy something which we are unlikely to experience for ourselves. Taking everything into account (what service from absolute start to absolute finish) I feel the cost can be justified. £10/£20k, not so justifiable.
The private hotel on the Emirates A380 looked amazing and quite impressive too , you would not think your on a plane ✈ great review as always Tim 👍
That’s amazing! What a fantastic experience!
Tim turns down fine dining. Also Tim " ooh cookies".😅 Great video as always.
😅
Can’t wait! This looks like my cup of tea!❤
The shower looked like a spaceship.
😮
Tim was doing the shower measurements and says: “If your just kind of like crouching down I can get 4 in here.” 😂 Tim kills it with his shower measurements.
For the level of service you received, bar the shower not working and the shoddy tile, I think 5K in sheer luxury for 6 hours + your VIP lounge is really good value. I mean, you know you've paid for the economy fliers on that flight right? If I had the money, I definitely would, but much like you thought I'd get a longer flight so I could really enjoy it! (This coming from someone who has only ever flown cattle class!)
Wow, this is like a next-level first class flight. :D Thank you again for taking us with you on another trip. Very understandable not to eat a lot in the VIP lounge before the flight. I could actually even go without this VIP lounge. This suite is luxury enough. :D
Absolutely fab looked amazing what an experience keep them coming Tim.
The heat can be horrible when travelling. My mum gave me the idea to keep a clean, wet face washer in a plastic bag, (a ziplock bag these days). Add ice if there is some handy. It’s a huge help.
£5000 thats a bargin when your shower was not working delayed for an hour and to top it off no air con. You certainly got your money worth there Tim.
No working TV in the lounge and the cracks in the non working shower!
Why does Big $$$ lack. Modesty & Morals 🤔🤨😳
Now I understand better WHY. Super Wealthy R So Arrogant. The Pampering is Beyond COMPREHENSION They Don't Live In The Real World 🤨
This Guy Giving Us The Tour Has Been So Spoiled From Just Being Exposed To Plush Living He No Longer Can't Deal With The Slightest Inconvience. It to warm wet towel is to hot & on & on it goes. Good Grief Oh & now second shower 🚿 not working. Does this man EVER think of people living on the STREET who have No place to EVER take a 🚿. 🤨
This Type Of Living Makes Me Very Happy & Even More Content To Have My Country Cottage Humble Cozy Home "Surounded By God Given "Free" Nature !!!☝️🕊️✝️
Coincidentally, I saw a similar video from another travel vlog but the flight was from Abu Dhabi to London. The flight was about 8 hours, presumably due to headwinds. Their shower worked though! They also had a chauffeured car take them to the airport in Abu Dhabi. Look forward to the review of your hotel and flight home.
Thanks Tim, looks great. But I'm wondering why people need a bedroom and full bathroom with shower on just a 5 or 6 hour journey? Surely a toilet and comfy chair should suffice.
What an experience, thanks for taking us with you.
You should have had a camera facing the peephole with horror music in the background as your intro 😂
lol
I'm 44 years old and I have never flown before, nor will I ever. That being said, it is cool to see someone else enjoying it. I sort of get to experience it vicariously through you. Great review.
Amazing , considering when ive booked business class on Emirates which costs £2500-3500 from LHR toDXB, this isn't that bad price wise.
First time i can say i was truly shocked by the price as it was a lot cheaper than expected as you get treated like a King So nice to have everyone doing anything for you as well as guiding you though everything so that kind of service i could say it was worth it for the traveler that can afford it and travels a lot.
I've been watching "Walk With Me Tim" for quite a while now. Does Tim live in a dolls house? I'm sure most things that are huge to him are normal size to the rest of us. Those plane windows were normal size for sure, nothing huge about them 🤣🤣🤣
Thank you for spending your money to make this video. It is not how I would choose to spend my money, but the jimjams looked good.
The world is a mess . Thank you so much to show how greedy the world is . Not one person on planet earth should be hungry. All i can do is pray that things change
Noshing away means something totally different where im from 🤣
That was absolutely great Tim !
thank you
Wow that looks amazing & thanks for sharing Tim & enjoy 😊✈️👍
Wow! How can you improve on this? I’m fully expecting Tim booking AirForce One next 😂
ha ha there is nowhere to go after this
Love this comment 😂😂😂
What an experience Tim. I shall put this on my bucket list to try.
What a special experience. It’s weird I know, I hate pricey hotels, they feel like a rip off, but give me a high class seat on a plane and I’m loving it. Great video Tim, Thank You!!
So, do I pay £5000plus just to get to Abu Dhabi, or do I spend the £5000 for 2 weeks all inclusive holiday in a 5* Mediteranean resort? I'll send you a post card from Crete!
agree
Comparing VFM of an 'All Inclusive' Jet2 package holiday to a First Class flight alone implies you are not the target client of the latter ...
Regular First Class passengers expense it all on company travel funds ... no one in their right mind would routinely use their own personal income on that sort of travel ...
@@ThreeFiddy1701My question was rhetorical! Even when I was working and travelling regularly first class and Concord, I could never have justified the expense of that upgrade. The only way would have been to use my air miles, or be lucky to get an upgrade at the gate, but I’d rather have saved air milesfor personal pleasure.
If you can do both why not?
Actually, I’ll take Crete too 😂
I agree loo seat looked clean but always needs to be down
Apart from the size it seems substandard. Lots of broken and not working stuff. When I win the lotto I will be taking my money elsewhere.
Yes I would have thought the shower above all things should work
Very good Tim, yet again you take us on a experience that us mere mortals would never see😊
Who paid for that Tim?
We did 😂
I enjoy my virtual vacations. Tim you’re the best.
I might never get rich enough but vicariously living my dreams through you, Tim.
Thanks for all your hard work and I must say i enjoying every minute too.
The price is just under the amount I take home in a year in Guyana 🇬🇾. Heaven help me.
I only skimmed through as there are numerous uploads about this Etihad Suite. What I did see wasn't good. £140 to correct your name, despite the thousands blown on this flight. The Residence not retained on your booking after name change. A sullen staff member dashing through the airport to take you to the VIP Suite and he even took you to the wrong desk. TV not working in the VIP Suite. A shower in your Residence that didn't work is appalling. Completely unacceptable. Finally, if you are progressing from caravan sites to this class of travel, be informed that a flute of Champagne is held by its stem, not its bowl. You'll be sussed out instantly by anyone who knows anything about wine.
The first class turkishair lounge at Istanbul airport is amazing. They have any food and drink you could possibly want and the facilities are out of this world. I only flew first class once, as a treat, but it blew my mind.
