I have lived in a DR Horton home for 10 yrs it was a new construction. We love it. Plan to buy another of their homes. Never had any issues in Charlotte home they built for us. We love their selection of layout.

BEWARE buying a DRHorton home. We bought one in sugust snd now our pipes are frozen. Their solution was for us to open the cabinet doors which did not work. Ckearly there is insulation missing. The whole bac😅k side of the hotse is slways colder than the front.
Thank you. We found out it's not the builder but the NC building codes. Still building new construction to 2015 building codes and won't be upgrading them until 2031. They are aware of air leaks and insulation shortages
