House 2, which looks like a “Carl’s Jr.” restaurant, is grossly overpriced! It has some glaring deficiencies for a house in this price range. Enjoyed the video! Thanks.

Too expensive for what it is , the layout is cheap looking nothing is included plus who the hell wants to live near the airport which is the only good thing about it

The taxes are insane
More than 200k houses for sale in all over Florida, don’t you think these houses are over over priced with so much high Tax ( $9000) for year , that’s crazy
Hey Kaleb. That’s right. Love a price reduction. What do you and Mabel have for us today. 1st home huge. A spec home is the same as an inventory home? Love the deep entry and floors. Cozy in-law suite. Only problem is their visitors have to walk through their bedroom to get to the bathroom. Appreciate the 1/2 bath in the main house. Open concept with extended cabinetry. Beautiful designed covered enclosed lanai. Just need an outdoor kitchen and pool. Good size loft. Spacious primary. Cozy en-suite. Big closet. Don’t need a tub. And noticed a linen closet too. Spacious hall bath. 2 good size bedrooms with great closets and big laundry 🧺 room. 2nd home modern elevation. Not a Florida vibe but I like but let’s see inside. I saw a 🦎 in the 1st bedroom. Oh an en-suite. 2 more bedrooms and 2nd bath. A lot of house in the front. Don’t know if that front space is dining as no light fixture. Could be whatever. Small pantry indeed but still appreciated. Big laundry 🧺 room. This room with the chandelier would be the dining. Covered lanai. Good space for a pool. Needs a new fence. Big primary. Tub looks small. Can’t lay out. Closet a little small. Just needs a 2nd lower row. Keep the back small side for long dresses. Unique layout but doable. Hey Mabel. Oh it’s a takeout with a little outdoor seating. Idk about a glazed biscuit. Kaleb how can I go about finding one of these in law suites, I am a single mom to one and a school bus driver, I know where near being able to buy a home, trying to put my little one in a nice safe area and work towards our goals
Hey, I have much respect for single moms. I know it not easy. I recommend you get financial advice to know where you are at right now, and what you can afford. That will help you know how far or close are you from your buying goal.
