Hi Mike glad to put a face to the voice - I have spoke to you a few times in the last several weeks - thanks for all your help. Also take a look at my channel several videos up on the APP press.
Thanks for the video, Mike! I received my APP yesterday (Valentine's Day lol) and it's a game changer for sizing cast bullets and resizing 223/556 brass! I love dealing with Titan Reloading and keep up the good work! 😎
This is a great rig. I have the APP Deluxe. I use it to to Decap, then bulge bust and/or resize, then swage, and finally priming cases for reloading. I also expand and flare my 38 Special cases with this. I’ve even figured out a way to resize cases with the quick trim. The best part is that I don’t need to handle each individual case. Dump them in the collater and shake. The press is a little bit finicky so you need to pay attention. Especially the last case or two in the tube.
4:50 - Thank you for mentioning the fact that time saved using a bullet feeder or case feeder is lost by filling the tubes with bullets or cases. Most of the reviews show how fast brass can be resized or swaged, or how quickly bullets can be resized, without showing the time spent loading the tubes. That had always kept me from buying a bullet feeder for my Lee LoadMaster press, until a few years ago. I was resizing my powder coated cast lead bullets and got the crazy idea to make a bullet transfusion system. I turned a bushing on the lathe that mounts to the top of the bullet resizing die in my Lee Classic Cast press on the left side of my bench. The top of the bushing accepts a piece of plastic tubing that travels up, to the right a foot or so and then back down to the top of the bullet feeder tube on my LoadMaster progressive press. I created this Rube Goldberg bullet transfusion device mostly as a joke, but it's actually a significant improvement to my reloading efficiency. The trick to efficient reloading is to minimize material handling. I load powder cast bullets into the Classic Cast press and resize 25 of them (they resize upside down just fine), they travel up and over the top and drop into the bullet feed tube to fill it up. I then slide my rolling office chair a couple of feet to the right and progressively load 25 rounds of pistol ammo without handling cases or bullets. I dump another handful of 9mm brass into the collator and shake it to fill the case feeder tube, then slide my chair to the left to resize 25 more bullets to fill the bullet feeder. Every four cycles, I refill the primer tray and top off the powder feed. I made a cheesy video to demonstrate it. th-cam.com/video/RMSmDy7WXmE/w-d-xo.html The only way this gets faster is to connect an Arduino microcontroller to my LoadMaster to control a pneumatic cylinder to actuate it while I manually resize bullets constantly on the Classic Cast.
Let's face it the single tube w/ automation kit just don't cut it for fast depriming and swaging, figure on buying the Lee Universal Case Feeder kit and plastic collator to quickly fill the tubes with cases rather than trying to fill a single tube by hand...of course this adds to the final price... Got mine yesterday, working decent enough...ran 223/5.56 and 6.5 Grendel thru decapper...once it's set up it's smooth...set up the swage kit for 5.56 this morning, didn't do too many but seems to work easy enough, and the two cases I swaged accepted primers with ease, time will tell if this pans out
The Lee Pro 4000 is the Breech lock pro press in kit form. The kit includes the safety prime, auto drum powder measure, universal case feeder, a 3 die set and shell plate (for the appropriate cartridge).
The Swage kit has two main pieces in the operation. The top die has a push rod that forces the brass downward onto a punch which is housed in the lower piece. The lower part also has a shell that holder is spring loaded so once the top die begins to pull away, the shell holder pushes the case off of the punch.
I have one of these beauty's and it almost makes primer pocket swageing and decapping fun. I am impressed. On the bulge buster. I have a standard Lee bulge buster. Can it be used on the APP?
The APP bulge buster kit includes 3 "intake funnels", the funnel holder, and a punch. These items are used in conjunction with the Lee Factory Crimp Die.
Depriming and Swaging must be done as two separate operation on this press. Both operation require the use of a die (one to deprime and the other to push the brass unto the swage tool) and have different shell holder adapters (one that collects primers and the other that swages).
I have promised myself no more Lee products! My press messed up and they said since they redesigned it , my life time warranty meant nothing. To hell with them. I’ll go with red, green, or blue.
I haven’t finished the video yet, so far, so good… But when you’re describing decimal-inch measurements, “point oh-zero-four” isn’t’t really standard for reading those measurements. It’d be, “twenty-four thousandths” (ostensibly of an inch). Not trying to be too critical, genuinely trying to help ya out.

Love my APP. Got it from you. I posted 2 videos about the APP and also dropped your name when folks asked where I got it. Great store.
probably my next purchase from Titan... you guys are awesome !

Wow somehow the brass entered the tube. Magic.
I like the swaging feature! Beats a single stage press for sure.
Got mine from you guys. Thanks for the fast shipping.
Hope you do a review on the Pro 4000 too.
The Lee Pro 4000 is the Breech lock pro press in kit form. The kit includes the safety prime, auto drum powder measure, universal case feeder, a 3 die set and shell plate (for the appropriate cartridge).
You put out a lot great information bato,: I have my APP on the way, Thanks!
I'm still trying to figure something out, how does it swage military brass primer pockets? I'm interested in the press but trying to understand haha
The Swage kit has two main pieces in the operation. The top die has a push rod that forces the brass downward onto a punch which is housed in the lower piece. The lower part also has a shell that holder is spring loaded so once the top die begins to pull away, the shell holder pushes the case off of the punch.
@Ryben Flynn yes, swaging the primer pocket is an alternative to cutting out the crimp
Can this press handle very small cases like 5.7x28, 25ACP, and 32ACP?
I have one of these beauty's and it almost makes primer pocket swageing and decapping fun. I am impressed.
On the bulge buster. I have a standard Lee bulge buster. Can it be used on the APP?
Hell has definitely frozen over when one actually enjoys primer pocket swaging😊
Does the decapping DIE come with the APP or we have to buy it separately?
Can you use bullet seating die?
Do you have that press stand anchored to the floor?
The press stand is anchored by a 15 pound cement block.
Titan Reloading how sturdy is it when sizing?
I’m new to this press what is the bulge buster kit?
The APP bulge buster kit includes 3 "intake funnels", the funnel holder, and a punch. These items are used in conjunction with the Lee Factory Crimp Die.
So can you deprime and swage at the same time or does that have to be separate steps?
Depriming and Swaging must be done as two separate operation on this press. Both operation require the use of a die (one to deprime and the other to push the brass unto the swage tool) and have different shell holder adapters (one that collects primers and the other that swages).
I have promised myself no more Lee products! My press messed up and they said since they redesigned it , my life time warranty meant nothing. To hell with them. I’ll go with red, green, or blue.
Wish mine would finally show up.

Try swaging 223, you will NOT be impressed!
