When I first put my craft room together I used to go and stand in the door and just look at it. It brought me such peace and delight. Right now it looks like crafting exploded in there! I am in the process of "re-organizing" but I guess I can't always keep it picture perfect. It is fun either way though isn't it? Just found your "channel". Looking forward to seeing more.

Thank you for your comment. The entire desk system was made with IKEA products. We bought their individual desk tops, which come in different sizes, attached legs and ta-da. Very economical and sturdy.

The entire system was pieced together through Ikea. You can purchase desk tops of different sizes width and depth. We bought two different desk tops and pushed them together. Then they sell screw on very heavy duty legs. On top of the top I used an eight 'box' Ikea unit and purchased the drawers and doors separately through Ikea. Under the desk I have one set of Alex drawers and I also have three different metal set of small rolling drawers. I hope this helps. Funny that you ask . . . it's builder gray white! We just moved ion about five months ago and have no time to customize much, which is extremely frustrating because before I retired I had an interior design firm.
Love your space! May I ask where you got the clear bins in the top of your craft cart? I have the same cart and have been looking for something like that:)
Most of them have come from Home Goods, but a small suggestion, keep the manufacturers label on the bin when you purchase them. Often times when I needed more I would go back to the store and purchased what I thought was the same and it was wrong. These bins are also available on Amazon, you just pay more, but because you have the label you can buy more of the same. Let me get a link together and I’ll post tomorrow.
It's a Scan Snap scanner and I've used it a lot for business and scrapbooking. I can get a high quality scan on photos which has helped greatly with my vintage photos. It's also scans very fast. It's a winner!
I keep my collections all together within the large bags they come in. When I get down to just a couple of pieces I will then integrate them within a general envelope where my last odds and ends go.

I have the Kallax 5 x 5 shelf. I bought a drawer insert from the shelf that came before the Kallax. (I can’t recall the name.) It fit, but was a shade darker. At least, that’s what I was told. 😊❤️ You have a beautiful craft room.

Love your room. I’m a big IKEA fan and it’s always fun to see how others use the Kallax and the Billy. I’m setting up my craft room again after our 14th move. We’re a retired military family and still have one more move left probabl as my husband moves for his job. Found your channel when I was looking at CTMH closure videos. So sad.

Hi Suzy, to answer your questions. Yes, I do love having a closet in my craft room. Inside the closet is a Kalax unit from Ikea, whichI love. It hides things that can be unsightly and are not often used. I know others feel the opposite because they like things in view so they'll use them, but I think our brains just work differently. To store my scraps I use these amzn.to/3wArCEJ. I do love them. Just as a side note I keep all of my Close To My Heart solid scraps in the front of. their idividual envlopes. Hope this helps. How lovely, I wish my room was much more minimal. I have a 10X10 room and I have walls full of shelves and use every part of it. I use plenty of IKEA shelves and drawer combinations. It all had been gotten over the years. I have some drawers that are no longer made.. however they have some that are no longer available.. I have plenty of storage. Now to label…. I also have one other these metal carts, that is in my room with my needful things. Pills and such. It used to be green…. Now a pretty pink.
