- Save yourself over half the cost of a proper short ram intake. This intake costs $200 CAD to put together compared to $425 CAD MSRP and performs the same. You also have the option of choosing the more expensive AEM Dryflow filter over an oiled filter while still saving money.
**The wind noise muffled the intake sounds on the microphone a bit but I would say it sounds slightly louder in person**

Wow! Amazing! So cheap and easy! Thank you Anthony Mo for this great tutorial! I can’t wait for the update video! This is the best video on TH-cam. #trending #viral
No problem! I hope you'll enjoy the intake!
I will be doing this to my si this week!! Yay!! Thanks!!
Excited for you!
I’m sure it works but it needs to be fully centered in the right position or the fuel trims will be different or the car will run lean. when you go wot the turbo oscillates boost n won’t be able to stay at a certain psi
This needs to be in #honda #civic #hondacivic #crv #hondacrv #cars
Hot air maybe, but these engines stay cold. Hence the grille shutters.
What suspension do you have?
I wanna get this done on 2018 Honda CRV LX but mine come doesn’t have the turbo. I wonder if I can use the same setup?
Installing that does it make you save more gas?
Bruh just turn the maf housing tube around the other direction and the bolt holes will flip into the position you need
Spending a little more for THE AFE takeda intake is a much better choice. I would never ziptie a MAF sensor in place
oooooooooff i LOVE it ❤️
Thanks bro ☺
How many hp and torque does it add?
How much does it get to get it tuned 👀
i love it mo❤
Thanks!
Does this work on a 8th gen Honda Civic? Trying to get something for its stock turbo.
It only works on the 1.5 turbos which are only in the 10th gen civics and 5th gen crvs but the 11th and 6th generations coming soon might have the same engine
Hey Anthony, so hows the SEALIGHT LED headlight bulbs going, still working?
Hey Jeff, still working!
@@AnthonyMo Thanks man, going to purchase it today for our crv
Is that an aftermarket blow off ? Or is the sound coming from the filter
Coming from the filter, stock blow off
Can you add another turbo to your car?
Only if you pay for it 😂
Hot air
does this void the warranty?
Yeah probably will if you go to the dealership with any aftermarket intake
I’m in America and my 2015 engine is way different I made my own also and I have an exhaust crv gang
Nice! Doing a bit of diy always feels great
@@AnthonyMo yup also not many performance parts for our models yet
@@rolandjent2151 Yeah unfortunately ): its also a crv and its pretty slow/just a show car so i wont be putting more engine stuff into it bit the intake was nice for a little bit of turbo noise
I admire you dude you have a tictok or inst we can chat on want more details on ya builds and advice
Why make all this mod. You're just making your CRV run worse in the near feature. The mod intake position is way to far to the right. So you will be sucking hot and cold air. Bad airflow.
I did it only for the sound and enjoyed it. I didnt have any check engine lights for the year I ran it but since then have went back to stock. I agree oem should have better airflow but I didnt care too much since everything is stock and I dont drive it hard. Also, I live in Canada so temperatures are generally cooler
Next time just buy a V6 engine. Otherwise good idea but pointless.
With Thant mentality might as well buy a v8 but then might as well buy a v12 but might as well buy a v16
This is janky.
