I find it absolutely abysmal that Disney just simply doesn’t care about the legacy of these films. I love Battle for Endor, my sister and I grew up with it. Not to mention the gorgeous score by Peter Bernstein. To me these films are more Star Wars than anything Disney vomits out today.
Cool Story and this brings back a lot of memories... My brother and I spent most of the summer of '85 as Marauders filming around Marin County, including Skywalker ranch.... it was a lot of fun.
Man, that ominous music and foreboding narration made me think something inexplicably horrific happened on the set. LOL I've loved these since their first airing. Recorded them on VCR. Would show them to friends from childhood through high school. Bought the double DVD later. And I STILL quote Wilfred Brimley's Noa. :-) RIP Wilfred Brimley
Glad the legacy of these films lives on, they were an important part of my childhood. I certainly hope one day that Disney releases them on Blu-ray with all the bonus footage they can muster! Excellent work on preserving these behind the scenes elements that make it so engaging.
I live in india and the Star Wars Vintage Collection has not been released yet here and I was really excited and looking forward for it to come and I was really disappointed when it didn’t come

The death of Mace really affected me as a kid. I was distraught. And disappointed, because who wants to watch a little girl who's practically a toddler?
i wanted to watch her and her family i like mace but your comment seems to imply that you hate cindel since you were a kid and that doesn´t make sense how come you even as a kid would be mad watching a child character?i don´t believe that kids would hate watching cindel
i like both ewoks movies but i don´t consider the second movie canon because it makes the first movie pointless and that is the only problem with the second movie it makes the first movie pointless but besides that the second movie is good

I also liked the similarities of the giant spider web scene with the one in Krull.
I must admit Battle for Endor was more enjoyable than Caravan of Courage.
Same here. Never did watch COC but Battle For Endor was awesome.
Trivia: In Australia and New Zealand, Caravan of Courage: An Ewok Adventure was released on VHS by CBS/FOX Video.
