Doesn't work for me. Probably because my extra buttons are binded to pinging for some reason, and I can't find a way to unbind them. I tried the other method of using an AutoHotkey script, but that literally does nothing.

Nice, but u can do it way better. Just open Smite, click "Add" in bottom left corner (In X-Mouse window), find "Smite.Exe", click it and then do the same thing in "Smite.Exe" window instead of "Defaut", so this hotkey apply ONLY to smite. Also u can bind this on Mouse UP/Down cause, cuz they literally useless in Smite, u will never change camera distance anyway, and u can bind it to Arrow keys.
