    How should I decide which word should I use because the same sentence can be express either by cause-words or by effect-words like Everyone buys it because it is reasonably priced or It is reasonably priced. Therefore, everyone buys it. What is the difference?

    my beloved teacher.
    Tnq Alex, you are great. watching your video results in increasing passion to learn english (correct me, if it's wrong)
    but what's about "come about"? is it like bring about? for example: how the accident came about?
    AND "make"--> what made you make this decision?

    • @engvidAlex
      @engvidAlex  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's similar, but I can't think of an example where you can follow it with a noun phrase and not ANOTHER expression like "as a result of" or "because of." See the differences in the examples below:
      "The economic boom period came about because of immigration."
      "Immigration brought about an economic boom period."
      In question form, you would ask "How did the economic boom period come about?" or "How was the economic boom period brought about?" or "What brought about the economic boom period?" or "What caused the economic boom period to come about?"
      I hope this helps a little!
