I am also studying for IELTS, and I plan to take the exam in September. Honestly, I couldn't find any comprehensive courses before. After enrolling in Eli's course, I figured out how to respond to questions appropriately by using tips and methods that are structured in a logical and analytical way. Even in this brief video, you can see his quality of work and how to replace basic or standard words with complex ones. I recommend it to those who aim to get a higher score in the IELTS exam. Thanks a lot.

Hi Eli, as a non-native speaker, I can say that this was one of the best videos ever, as it clearly points out how to think “academically”. Such an eye-opener. Hope such informative and comparative videos would continue to show us how to enrich our thinking via proper vocabulary. Thanks for the great work.

As long as phrasal verbs are used appropriately in the right context, they are an excellent way to demonstrate your lexical resource in writing. I’d recommend paying close attention to the examples given in my lessons to learn how to use them properly - ielts.englishprotips.com/10-advanced-phrasal-verbs-for-ielts-writing/

Sentence must be longer and more complicated to get higher score?

    • @EnglishProTips

You need to have a mix of simple and complex structures and use them accurately as well as flexibly to express yourself if you're aiming for a higher band.
