The peg organizer was my favorite! I’m always finding old wood pieces like this at my thrift stores and making them over. I love it because we’re saving beautiful wood and making beautiful little pieces that are still so functional and useful ❤️thank you for your video 😊
You achieved such beautiful finishes with your glazing. I really liked the little basket on the spindle! The combination of the two textures is really pretty. 😊
I just purchased a basket today to do the exact thing you did with your basket. Your video is confirmation that I should move forward with my project ❤ Loved all of your projects 😊
I watched the first video -- I loved how it turned out....will get back on later and see that other projects you are doing. You are doing a great job in repurposing.....
Thanks for your question. In almost all cases for painting solid wood you follow these steps: 1. Wash or wipe the piece down. 2. Scuff sand with 120 grit sandpaper (you don’t have to sand to bare wood unless you are staining) 3. Wipe off the dust. 4. Paint the piece. 5. Wax or polycrillic the piece -optional-depending on how you want it to look and depending on how the piece is being used. I don’t always video myself sanding pieces but I try to mention it when explaining the steps. I hope this makes sense- happy crafting!
the first one , but the cheap basket on the top of the spindle looks awful, why didn't you make a candle stick out of it instead of putting a candle inside the cheap basket with some artificial flowers around
That comment was awfully rude... Have you ever heard the saying, "if you don't have anything nice to say, say nothing at all?" That's what you should be practicing!

GREAT VIDEO....

Aren't you supposed to sand down the original finish that was on prior to you doing new paints?? That is what I was taught.
What is correct?

Would you please tell me what scripture calls for being born again. Thank you.
Bobbie- thank you for your question. The scripture in the Bible is about Jesus telling Nicodemus about how to be born again in John 3:1-21

There is never a reason to be rude. If you don't like something then just move on.
