Some of these projects seem like they would use more than just scrap wood to make. Scarp wood, for the most part, is usually small pieces of wood. Some of these use / need some rather large pieces of wood to make.
I just might have to try a few of these! The bookend build could also double as a wall sconce with the appropriate bulb. I'll let you know how it comes out.

Worst SCRAP wood projects I've ever seen. Some regular wood projects weren't bad but I'd hardly call these scrap wood.

That one with the cubes is at 5:30 is completely the wrong product. You make one but show something completely different.
It may not be "as pictured," but it still looks similar to the build. I can see how it will attach to the wall.
