I appreciate these low/moderate impact classes, Yvette! Some of us have no knees after decades of working out, but for those out there wanting more challenge, all workouts can be made more intense by using more weight for strength and hand or ankle weights during the cardio and/or increasing the speed or depth of moves in cardio.

Love this class, being doing it in lockdown and it's resolved my sacro-iliac pain, Im thinking because of the squats and deadlifts which strengthen the pelvic muscle area. Thanks so much for this!
I found this one really tough, think I've been focusing too much on working out with weights, gone back to cardio to lose weight, man my energy levels are terrible!!!
Begoña Doñoro No problem as I stated in the beginning of the class this is my low impact class that I have three days a week there is an audience out there that I am capturing for that particular speed I will continue to have my high intensity classes as well
Begoña Doñoro ha ha ya right.., I definitely will have more high intensity I just feel like some people are overwhelmed with the intensity level that I have so maybe they can start off with some of my slower work out and go from there
That pretty much is out of my control unless I have a webpage where I am having you pay for my videos monthly would then have no ads which I plan on doing Soon
