5:35 nerd tip: A wing's stall angle will generally be higher if the aspect ratio is low, so the 'keep the tail wheel down' trick to avoid bounces tends to require a much higher angle of attack when we deal with short, stubby surfaces like those. Very attractive model, though, thanks for sharing!
I'm getting 3 minutes on a 3S 2200 in my Motion RC version 1, 64 mm Freewing. Was looking to upgrade to the 4S but I love the idea of twin 40's and the option to use thrust diff. If it truly gets 4 minutes on a 4S 2200 I'm definitely sold! Lord knows we need more flight times with these EDF's. OH, BTW..... If thrust diff not used one can simply attach an invisible rudder on the nose gear. I did this and as simple as it is, it works in turns and line up for landings.
An awesome maiden on a awesome little stable edf. I really recommend the X-Fly F-22 40mm as a great choice for your first rc edf!
Nice maiden flight, for a small jet she handled the wind well, great landings....jeff
Thanks so much! And I want to think you for being so consistent with your comments. That really helps the channel.

On my next video my last landing is a text book high alpha landing that was almost undetectable when it touched down.
I'm really liking these smaller jets, great review Greg....
Glad you like them!
Good Maiden. The CG info was good. Good price on this EDF.
Thanks it is a really stable edf for the size!

Yeah I have toyed with the idea of TDiff with this one but a invisible rubbers is much simpler.
Sweet! What a great idea for an F-22! Nice flight, great info- thanks!
Glad you liked it!
@@FatGuyFliesRC yeah- I think I’m gonna pick one up- looks like a nice one!
I really miss a working rudder on a couple EDF's I have.
Yeah I agree rudders are missed!
Would like to see a no landing gear flight to see if its faster
I might just do that!
I want to buy this model, would you say it’s fast or does it have any under power problems?
No it has plenty of power .
@@FatGuyFliesRC great to hear
I ordered mine two days ago/
Your gonna love it!
