  • Tropical Chinese in Westchest is by far the best Chinese Dim Sum restaurant in Miami, Florida. They have over 50 Dim Sum dishes, and in this video my wife and I eat all of them!
MY FILM MAKING KIT ► kit.com/davidsbeenhere
Tropical Chinese has been open since 1984, and they have one of the most extensive Dim Sum menus in Miami. In this video we went all out and tried most of their Dim Sum dishes plus we tried some of their drinks and we eat Peking Duck! All the small dim sum dishes cost $4.99 and larger ones were $9.99.
Here are the dishes we tried:
    1. Shrimp Tomato and Parcely Dumpling
    2. Orange Chicken
    3. Vegetable (Gluten Free) Dumpling
    4. Shrimp Taro Pattie
    5. Pork and Shrimp Shumai
    6. Chicken Feet
    7. Shrimp Shumai
    8. Pork Bun
    9. Orange Beef
    10. Stuffed Tofu
    11. Beef Tripe
    12. Eggplant Stuffed with Shrimp
    13. Sticky Rice (shrimp and pork with Lotus leaf)
    14. Shrimp Rice Pasta
    15. Leek Dumplings
    16. Crispy Shrimp Balls
    17. Stuffed Bell Pepper with Shrimp Paste
    18. Shanghai Pork Bun
    19. Shrimp Dumplings
    20. Chicken Dumplings
    21. Pineapple Fried RIce
    22. Breaded Crab Claw
    23. Turnip Cake
    24. Spicy Beef Shank
    25. Peking Duck
    26. Egg Custard
    27. Mexican Buns
    28. Sesame Balls
As you can see we only tried 28 out of 55+ dishes. This is a must Dim Sum feast when you visit Miami. Tropical Chinese: www.tropicalchinesemiami.com/

I read some comments about Chinese food. They all said local Chinese are lucky to eat so many delicious food. They complained in the US they only have pizza, burgers etc.
Actually in the Chinese buffet restaurants in the US, you can eat whatever you like. I lived in the US 12 years. I ate seafood once a week in Chinese buffets. Ranging US $12 to 15 for dinner.

Just a small point. You said the reason they call it Peking duck is because that's the name in mandarin. Beijing/Peking are the same name in Mandarin, the same characters. The difference is in the transliteration into English which changed over time. It used to be written Peking under the old Wade-Giles system and is now more commonly written as Beijing under the more modern system.

what a beautiful-beautiful couple (i know the food is delicious), some other things are so perfect, too; you gotta feel it. i mean, keep the weight in check, eat healthy, exercise, avoid smoking/alcohol, get sunshine...have babies...find a way to pay for it, that's lasting, sustainable...and repeat. and then, if you make it long enough...that's a miracle too.

$4.99-$9.99 each plate, no waiter to explain on arrival, you are going to be bombarded with many carts at the same time, $75 for the Peking duck, take your time, say no if you're not sure because every time a plate is being placed on the table, chiching $$ , food taste ok.

  • @kjgomes

12:50 - that is completely incorrect. The name of Beijing has always been called Beijing in Mandarin. It's only the romanisation system of Chinese that changed. Following the rules of the Wade-Giles spelling, Peking would have been pronounced to sound closer to Beijing - which is the newer Pinyin system of transliteration. To my ears, the Mandarin sounds something closer to Paychin (pèi.tɕíŋ).
