Davidsbeenhere I literally am using your videos to find out the best places to eat. Palacio De Jugo was excactly what you said it was. Pernil was delicious. Thanks for the videos bro!
David I am your big fan and a foodie and follow all your videos from India to China to albania to Miami, great going man, thank you for this channel !!
I am on a water fast . About to go to sleep so I can get on day 5 and I’m going crazy over here I can’t help myself but to watch these food videos ! 7 full days ! 3 to go ! I got this . I would eat that whole table ! Enjoy guys !
I read some comments about Chinese food. They all said local Chinese are lucky to eat so many delicious food. They complained in the US they only have pizza, burgers etc. Actually in the Chinese buffet restaurants in the US, you can eat whatever you like. I lived in the US 12 years. I ate seafood once a week in Chinese buffets. Ranging US $12 to 15 for dinner.
As I am Chinese I love and miss all the dim sum...All those dim sum looking good...I live in central California and go to SF eat dim sum few times a yr. It's makes hungry to looking all those real Chinese dim sum... Yummmmm 👍👍👏👏❤❤😲😲😋😋😋😋😋
Hi David. Although this video was 4 years ago, it just popped up in my notifications. WOW, that was a lot of food. I see Ana tried but it didn't look like she could keep up with you. All the food looked delicious and thank God for doggie bags.
What a spread! I never knew taro is used in Chinese dishes! The taro and shrimp patty sounds amazing, and the stuffed tofu and turnip cake sound incredible, too! Haha, who am I kidding? It ALL looked out of this world! Do you think you and your wife will go back to Tropical Chinese to try the Dim Sum dishes you didn't have this time?
Oh god! Your wife so pretty and sweet :') you must blog with her more often! All those dimsums , Peking duck, shrimps are making me crave for chinese food. .Literally salivating! I need those dimsums right now! This is some next level content . . .
OMG David, how on earth did you eat all that food !!!?? Although I'm not complaining, everything (except chicken feet and tripe) looked absolutely delicious. Your wife should be in your videos more, it's clear she loves food as much as we do :)
The dim sum looks amazing.....David ...your wife is so lovely.....Loved watching her watch you.....Shes so cute....and a great foodie....She should travel with u and be on ur vlogs more often...
Just a small point. You said the reason they call it Peking duck is because that's the name in mandarin. Beijing/Peking are the same name in Mandarin, the same characters. The difference is in the transliteration into English which changed over time. It used to be written Peking under the old Wade-Giles system and is now more commonly written as Beijing under the more modern system.
I’m seeing y’all for the first time. March 2020. 👍🏼. May I ask what your bill was!? Just in case I’m there and want to do a portion of what you had. I don’t do feet or tripe. 😆 I love dim sum. 🍤🥟🍚🥢🥡🥠 Duck. Yum!! 😃
Your wife just stops eating sometimes starring at you. Because anybody see you eating will get hungry gets to the kitchen and start to eat anything on the dining table or kitchen imaging all the food in the video. 55+ dishes China wow. Amazing.
Is it true as they ,"Chinese for, once eaten soon forgotten,' in the sense that they're light and you soon get hungry again. Is this wy you stay so slim after eating so much?
Some people learn from chinese but with little modification like indonesian noodle its not chinese noodle its halal noodle. Korean also make a noodle a spicy noodle maybe they dont have halal certification. You can watch youtube about those noodle
ahhh not beef intestine, that was tripe/stomach... !!! that and chicken feet are my fav must have dim sums.... hehehe... so is the siu mai and black been spare ribs nom nom... OOO chive dumplings are really good too... and of course the famous xiao long baos are always epic!!!! you ate a lot of good stuff NOMZ
what a beautiful-beautiful couple (i know the food is delicious), some other things are so perfect, too; you gotta feel it. i mean, keep the weight in check, eat healthy, exercise, avoid smoking/alcohol, get sunshine...have babies...find a way to pay for it, that's lasting, sustainable...and repeat. and then, if you make it long enough...that's a miracle too.
I had not seen this video David!!! with your beautiful wife, your such a pair of sinners! :-)... I mean...wow those Chinese dishes were mouthwatering.... I wish we could have a restaurant like that! :-(... or maybe but I just do not know.... LOL . Cheers!.
$4.99-$9.99 each plate, no waiter to explain on arrival, you are going to be bombarded with many carts at the same time, $75 for the Peking duck, take your time, say no if you're not sure because every time a plate is being placed on the table, chiching $$ , food taste ok.
What is a ´pecking´duck as compared to a ´peeking´duck? Perhaps it´s a duck that bites back. Nevertheless, I´m very jealous and have nothing like that anywhere near me.
12:50 - that is completely incorrect. The name of Beijing has always been called Beijing in Mandarin. It's only the romanisation system of Chinese that changed. Following the rules of the Wade-Giles spelling, Peking would have been pronounced to sound closer to Beijing - which is the newer Pinyin system of transliteration. To my ears, the Mandarin sounds something closer to Paychin (pèi.tɕíŋ).
It's Peking (pay king) duck not pecking duck... Dim Sum means rip off. Why pay for individual dishes when you can just order a full meal for less money?

Love the video. Want to try this place. But, please, know how to pronounce the food that you're eating. It's peking (P-king) duck. Not peck-ing duck

Pecking duck. Get a grip buddy before, you edit !!!
I live in Ann Arbor Michigan and there are no good dim sum here.
Kon Chau is my favorite Chinese restaurant and it's also on Bird Rd., but I've never tried this one?
😋
It's Peking (pay king) duck not pecking duck... Dim Sum means rip off. Why pay for individual dishes when you can just order a full meal for less money?
