So, I asked my brother what I should make in blender next, he said he didn't know. My dad then said, "A protein shake," and that's why I am now here. Thanks for the tutorial, the protein shake turned out quite well.
It's so beautiful ,thank you!!
Thanks for the video. When I do it nothing happens with the fluid coming out at the point you get to 8:29 in your video, following the same steps. I wish this software wasn’t so fickle. Any ideas very gratefully received.
I have the same here . . kindly help
Try using play button on the timeline to start animation, instead of using shortcut.
Make sure pointer is on frame 1 (not 0) when you play animation.
In domain settings, make sure there is check mark for Liquid sub-setting.
Also, you need to be in wireframe mode to visualize the animation.
You must have had one of about 1000 different parameters not quite set correctly
Try scaling up the Inflow object (might be to small compared to the voxel size)
i have the same problem, did you find a solution?
You can use a booleen on the liquid using the cup, to smooth the sides
Guys if you start animation and nothings changing you first need to bake the mesh(click on cube thats domain go to physics and search where it says particle then under that its mesh with checkbox you need to check it also i think you should scale up resolution "divisions" which is right underneath domain type thing increase maybe to 100 idk something like that
Amazing video bro
If anyone has the issue where the particles don't show up at the start, try increasing the size of the resolution divisions in the domain.
ASOMBROSO
Amazing work 🗿🍷
Wow nice
half an hour for that is WILD, comes to show how pcs have gotten faster in just 2 years, I had mine for 140 resolution divisions with 170 frames and it finished in 5 min...
Tip: If your Object is not holding water sim make sure to increase the outer width like shown in 04:35
PS: I was struggling bcz of this LOL
thank you
every single time
that was so amazing tutor ,thank you
Here is a big problem and how I fixed mine so, with mine it went outside of the Effector and to solve that problem you have to increase the surface thickness and with enough tweaking that setting and you might have to do it by the .001 it should work.
tHNK U
How do i get rid of Domain? It wont removes when i play the animation
I do not see mesh in my viewport. I only see when i do render why?
The control plus is where u got me cause it aint workin 😭😭
for some reason the bottom of my glass isn't reacting correctly
My blender friend,
I was having the same darn issue!
I believe we both forgot to hit the "Toggle X-ray" button before grabbing the vertices. When I did it without hitting X-ray, only one side would scale. He clicks it right before scaling the bottom half, top right corner, looks like two boxes with one box looking like dotted lines.
Awesome tutorial How can I change the particle size?
"Thank you for the great lesson. I have a question: I have a scene where I placed ice cubes and created a rig for the ice cube fall scene. After that, I followed the lesson I watched on liquid falling, but nothing happens at all."
When people do all the tutorials on TH-cam why don’t they go through all the pitfalls - like resolutions not enough, changing normals, size of resolution steps, gravity, speed and so on - all the things that affect how the result will come out for their particular model. Then it’s a proper tutorial rather than this is how it worked for me.
read my mind
Cause they practice a bunch of times before creating the video
Because it’s an “easy” tutorial for them. Honestly, I’d be okay with like a hard mode drill sergeant type tutorial instead of all these “easy” tutorials. Treat it like a life or death matter, because instead of just a cube getting deleted an entire project is about to be deleted 😂
I followed every step exactly but I cant get the liquid to flow. any suggestions why is that happening?
Not glass simulation but is there a simulation like we can design the way of falling of liquid .
Like we want the water to fall like snake pattern or some shape like that , if we add a cube and everything it will just fall and fill the glass but if we want a shape or flow of water how to animate the water .
Simply how to add patterns for flow of water . Did you understand ?
im really late to this but if you still want to know, you can make a sort of pipe in the shape of anything you want or make an object hollow so the water will fill up
How would I make it flow up and out of a container? Like I'm trying to get the effect of a shaken soda bursting out of a bottle.
more frames... i think? me new at blender :|
why do sometimes work and sometimes it doesn't
it doesnt work for me
me neither - for some reason at beginning it worked showing the fluids droping in the glass...but somehow after baking it does not do that anymore. Fluid is gone.
redone the tutorial now its okay....still weird why it was not working in the first try.
@@derschnuff8819 ok
Same. Really sad. This is like 5th animation I try and always fluid doesn't appear at all or disapears after some steps. :/
I'm glad I found your channel, you're someone talented, I've seen that you have a lot of content focused on simulations, I've subscribed. I wanted to propose if you could make a simulation with soft bodies, a set of jellies such as cubes, gummy bears, gummy worms, falling into a container, thanks friend for your content, this will be of great help to me
I don’t know why, but when I follow everything correctly, it doesn’t work
While rendering image.. effect is also showing in render... Why is that happening?? Glass covered with effect kinda solid view in rendering.. i tried two times same thing happening.. i dont know what's wrong im doing...
When you click that eye icon in Outliner panel to hide the effect object, also click that little camera icon beside it to disable the object from rendering.
🐻maru bn amasing
BRUH I have done this 4 times now and every time blender crashes at 9:17
Emm... I'm thirsty 😍🥤✔
"OHHHHHH MY PC"
i had to make it 10X harder just cuz i dont have a numpad
blender 4.1.1 not working anymore
Can you pouring out
Sadly none of these tutorials ever show how to get a smooth surface after the liquid settles. Only useful when you end the animation right after pouring something but if you want the glass standing on a table afterward - not helpful
how to make a cat)
Wow, If I had this much knowledge, I'd make thousands of dollars... And it would buy me a car in a few months in my country. 😂
Hehe it's never too late for you to learn how to do this and much more, there is too much content in Blender, keep on this
