When linear progression stops there's only one training technique that will push your physique to the next level

The most performance efficient vehicle springs, whether coil or leaf, have different properties at different points, likewise most comfortable yet supportive cushions on seating or mattresses too. Again we find a similar reality in composite materials aaaand even in the mixture of a variety of gene lineages are proven to be better. So, musle fibres, I get ya! :)
Thank you to both of you gentelmen, good stuff. 👍

Love the content world class information !I could need out all day listening to him ! Good questions 👍 Real quick if I was looking at a maintenance diet , more aimed at longevity and wellness if calories are in order do you think the " Mediterranean diet " is the right direction ?? No science is complete on diets but it seems fairly balanced without extremes . I value your opinion

Thanks, Dean. I really appreciate the kind words. To your point, the science is clear that there are certain principles all top tier diets follow, but it does not indicate there is one best diet. However, the Mediterranean diet is consistently associated with a wide variety of positive health outcomes. If we were to remove individual preferences and many other potentially confounding variables (like calories), I think a Mediterranean diet may be the safest bet for wellness/longevity. The data is even less clear in this regard, but I wouldn't be surprised if details like meal timing and frequency could further boost the Mediterranean diet's efficacy for these broad parameters.

@@murrderRD Doug Brignole would be a great guest , especially now you are incorporating more longevity and health features . Most of the info he gives out pertains to safe and efficient body mechanics
