Going be a killer podcast ! I have used aggressive dieting over 1500 day deficit for rapid fat loss many time ! From say 230 to 190 lbs probably 20 plus to around 10 percent fat ! At the beginning of a weight loss motivation is high and hunger low . I keep protein high and just hammer the first few weeks ! Every 5 to 7 days I go to maintaince for 2 to 3 day then smash it again ! I try to have 3 protein shakes and one food meal before bed so not hungry . I prefer this to slow and Conservative fat loss
Hello! Great talk. I wanted to ask you what about huge calorie deficit diets for women and health? Doesn’t it interfere with their menstrual cycle? How to cope with that? Thanks!
