It typically happens when the person is breaking through so hard, they can't even listen to their own voice and lose total awareness of their surroundings and just go with it, even if what they do could be observed as embarrassing by the rest they just can't notice and keep on going. It helps them to release whatever they have being carrying for a while now.

Im impressed that he was able to continue to interact with the game. I've dabbled in LSD and mushrooms and everytime it removes my ability to immerse myself in video games. I start looking at the frame of my TV or monitor and become brutally aware of just how much of my life i am spending engaging in activities that i don't even leave me fulfilled. Then i start looking at my life around me, trash everywhere then i start to think about my interactions with others and realize I'm kind of an asshole which overwhelmes me with guilt. I could go on. I've learned that being sober is the trip and i prefer the illusion of sobriety over the raw reality which gets brutally revealed when engaging in psychedelics.
I remember trying to watch Inception while tripping but I could only see the TV for it’s components and the images as a conglomeration of pixels. Ended up just laying down and thinking to myself all night, which was much more entertaining.

I remember when I took my first DMT hit but it was out of a bong. Me and my two buddies on the couch each one of us took a toke and we all laid back and it felt like my soul was leaving my body. The room started melting and I couldn’t move. After 10 minutes chatting with my buddies and none of us looking at each other I finally had the strength to get up, walked outside, (my buddy lived out in the country.) I sat on the steps and I just remember how vibrant the grass was, how beautiful the sun was rising and was met by a spirit in my trip. It is something so unforgettable. It was an amazing experience. Just one one minute it took to kick everything into my mind and the room just started melting and all these amazing beautiful colors coming out it was like getting sent to another world. Idk if I will ever take it again but the way the outdoors looked and how I could hear the bugs and how soft the grass was to me during the session was crazy.

The problem with habitual psychedelic users is they don't know when to stop because you cant overdose on it, so they keep doing it until they start accepting the psychedelic state of mind as reality thinking there's machine elves and all this whack ass shit. It gets to this point where they just stare at themselves in the mirror and not knowing who the person staring back at them in the reflection is. Im impressed that he was able to continue to interact with the game. I've dabbled in LSD and mushrooms and everytime it removes my ability to immerse myself in video games. I start looking at the frame of my TV or monitor and become brutally aware of just how much of my life i am spending engaging in activities that i don't even leave me fulfilled. Then i start looking at my life around me, trash everywhere then i start to think about my interactions with others and realize I'm kind of an asshole which overwhelmes me with guilt.
I could go on. I've learned that being sober is the trip and i prefer the illusion of sobriety over the raw reality which gets brutally revealed when engaging in psychedelics.

I remember when I took my first DMT hit but it was out of a bong. Me and my two buddies on the couch each one of us took a toke and we all laid back and it felt like my soul was leaving my body. The room started melting and I couldn’t move. After 10 minutes chatting with my buddies and none of us looking at each other I finally had the strength to get up, walked outside, (my buddy lived out in the country.) I sat on the steps and I just remember how vibrant the grass was, how beautiful the sun was rising and was met by a spirit in my trip. It is something so unforgettable. It was an amazing experience. Just one one minute it took to kick everything into my mind and the room just started melting and all these amazing beautiful colors coming out it was like getting sent to another world. Idk if I will ever take it again but the way the outdoors looked and how I could hear the bugs and how soft the grass was to me during the session was crazy.

By the end of trip I thought I was on ESPN as a sports announcer and my other 2 friends were with me on stage. The hallucinations were so bad that I vividly remember that it looked like we were all wearing tuxedos as I was coming down. We all 3 hit it at the same time, but we were in normal street clothes.
