    How is this possible?! The fact that I’ve been thinking over a house for several years And I see here, at the other end of the world, the realization of my ideas: about a narrow high-rise building, with large windows, with an identical layout, with an opening between floors, with a roof terrace, ... 😲

  • @MrBeaux
    @MrBeaux 5 ปีที่แล้ว +13

    It's a nice pad, but why wouldn't you just build a proper detached garage in the back? That would make a lot more sense to me. It can't be that much more expensive to put up one more wall and a roof over what they built.

  • @mnemonicabyss
    @mnemonicabyss 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Absolutely loved this house through and through, then I saw the roof. OMFG, THAT IS MY DREAM. The only thing I can't get behind, is the unusual "parking". They invested hundreds of thousands to remodel or build this beautiful property in what appears to be an old warehouse, but they just couldn't establish a decent parking space or garage? I'd happily sacrifice some of that ground living space for sheltered parking. I wouldn't feel safe with my car out in the open in downtown Toronto, and what's the point in having this multi million dollar property (I am guessing), if you still have to park outside in the snow!? I live in the GTA and if cars go in that awkward little space, good luck shoveling and/or getting out after a major snowfall.

    Incrível! Essa casa é enorme, embora o terreno não seja grande, mas, o projeto demonstrou a eficiência do arquiteto. Linda.

    gorgeous gorgeous home. The terrace is amazing. What is the actual need for so much space when you have innovative vertical design. Love this and can see myself living in one. Would you share the blueprints? ;-)

    How big is the land area and the building.
    Without the gym & wine cellar. This house could have 4 bedrooms i guess

    Beautiful, where can I get the design to built a house like this, wish I could have all required details...

    Beautiful project. That knotty flooring annoys, and pretty good chance of a driver side-swiping the house being built right to the laneway.
