Usually, I'm a condo guy. But this magnificent little gem really catches my eye. Wonderful efficient use of space, window walls with tons of light and beautiful modern yet elegant design inside and out. Damn classy property.
It's incredibly frustrating to not even have the BASIC house information like number of beds, baths, lot size, price, sq ft size, etc. Even the website provided only lists the address under house details. I immediately go find another realtor when the basic info isn't listed. Take note, I'm not the only one.
I am not sure that the indented purpose of this video is to sell this house but merely to familiarize the viewer with its general features. If you are a buyer, I would contact the real estate agent or seller for the information you mentioned.

One of the first spec homes in a very long time to have the level of planning and design that it does. Even a small detail like the electric plugs being integrated into the baseboard, a request that requires a great deal of planning and effort between designers, electricians and finishing carpenters.
I didn’t even notice the electrical. I paint all of mine the wall color because I hate how they interrupt the flow with white popping out every so often. It’s the little touches that people don’t realize makes a room more comfortable to look at.

It's also a request the electrician and finishers, or both will undoubtedly attempt to discourage suggesting an increase of the two things builders and homeowners try to avoid the most, time and money. A template must be made so the electrical junction boxes are all properly measured and installed, so finishers are able to do the cutout in the base in precisely the right place. Such a request will absolutely require extra time and money but in the grand scheme, without a doubt, it's a detail that will always be money well spent. Like the perfect set of cufflinks, few will ever take notice but to those who do it speaks volumes of so much more.

LOVE all the windows/ Plenty room for me, my 2 small dogs n all my houseplants! I'd prolly keep my small round wood kitchen table and have the far end of the dining room a plant room, too!
