At first I thought this house is a bit too small. But the inside was spacious. Just make a pool in the backyard and it would be a perfect house for me👍

The soffits in the first floor ceiling weren't well thought out. It really brings down the timbre of the home. Takes it down several notches from "architect designed home" to "builder's standard."
Personally I’m not a fan of having glass on the stairways, I will rather go for something with wood or metal rails Glass just isn’t safe for me especially if you have kids
I've seen about 30 videos like that by now and literally every single house/apartment looks the same on the inside. Same floor, same color furniture, same kitchen, same layout. The designers getting lazy these days, it seems.
All those stairs. Even walking a flight just to get into the damn house lmao. Imagine after a particular hard day at the gym doing legs, only to get home to this. This is not the house you could invite your elderly grandmother to come into 😅
This open style concept only suitable for western countries..imagine here in malaysia having a house where there is no partician between the kitchen and the living room and with a furniture like that..with all the stir fried cooking, sambal, rendang and lots of shirmp paste..ermmmm nope.
