I think this game has a good foundation, the combat is pretty fun, for a while at least. Maybe more moves, a block and/or a counter. could have improved it. But I still like the game, mainly because Wario is my favorite Mario character.
I really loved this game because of its simple, rather arcade-y nature, but it barely had any replay value. Something like a Time Attack, Score Attack, Survival Mode, Boss Rush, etc., would have really made this a more solid purchase.
Wario World has a lot of charm but it really lacks the intensity of a good Treasure game. I understand getting distracted while playing it, the levels get really boring. Bosses are a step up at least.

Idk, that whole Luke Skywalker height difference "conspiracy"/"theory" seems a little silly to me. I mean, it's called filmmaking, there's a lot that goes into planning each shot and getting it to work and whatnot, and there are a lot of factors that make things appear a certain way on camera.
I would actually die in happiness if Vinny played all the wario land games. I love all those games so much with 3 being my favorite. Probably my favorite 2d platformer series or tied with Kirby (yeah not all are 2d but most are)

The levels aren't as long if you don't continuously stop to kill all the enemies on screen that are going to respawn regardless.
this game is not hard, vinny just really was not trying at all. i beat this game when i was like 8 years old and i never had this much trouble with it.
I would quite like a remake of this game. Tidy up the gameplay, maybe work on some difficulty balancing, and update the graphics so that the bosses or even more uncanny.

This game is honestly still fun, and I had a lot of fun with it back in the day. But the last level, Pecan Sands, really highlights the problems with this game. I can kinda see why Nintendo stuck to 2D games for Wario after this. Still, I love this game and would love to get my hands on a copy.
Never wanted to admit how mediocre this game is while playing it years ago. But nothing really changes throughout. You have the same moves all the way through, the enemies don't change much, and the worlds have no replayability. Could've benefited from some powerups or unlockable moves along the way.
