I replaced my laptop fans (both cpu & gpu) for higher rpm & higher wattage fans. I've been using asus rog scar 3 for the past 5 years and you're right about the faulty designs, but for me replacing the stock fans seemed to to have done the job.

Bhai laptop ke cpu turbo boost disable kar dekho lo..fps mein jyada kuch fark nehi ata..but temp bahot kam ho jata hai..

Bhai e video dekh lo.. is me batya gya hai...mera khud ka hp victus rtx 3050 bala ka laptop hai..aur uska temp bahot high jahta hai gaming ke time..
but cpu turbo boost disabled karne ke bad cpu ka temp under 80 degrees ke andaar hi reheta hai..aur fps mein jyada kuch farke nehi ata. App try kar ke dekh lo
Aur thermal paste mein Noctua N1-H1 use karta hun..pehele mein Artic Mx4 use karta tha..but dono mein kuch fark nehi..wo sab 1 to 1.5 month ke andhar pumpout ho jate hain..
