if you will go for i5 12th gen without any graphics card you can't do heavy editing or gaming tasks but with i5 11th gen with 70w 2050 GPU you can do these things easily and yeah this is ofc better coz you get a dedicated GPU but if you want more battery backup and don't want heavy gaming go with i5 12th gen simple :)
And one more thing bro i5 12th gen will be a u series processor in this budget and this i5 11th gen is H series so ofc performance would be more better in this
