This cat is the real deal. His Burn protocol works--works. Not advertisement (frowning in the squishy "before"--happy and tan with better lighting in the "after) results. I smile in all my fat photos. I've shaved four inches off my waist in a month. From a "stretch fiber" 40 inch waist to a old school levi's "I'm not moving" 36 waist.

That was a hell of a lead up to selling your products. Good job!

    The Giant just WORKS.
I and my coworkers see and saying that my arms got visible bigger, more toned.
I got much stronger too. Went from 16kg single hand lifting to double 24kg.
I must just have my nutrition under control for even faster results I think. I'm still have a lot of chest and bellyfat.
Thank you, Geoff, for your program and support. Everyone needs it

I always heard consistency is more important that intensity. That you will get far more results working at moderate intensity that someone who works out really hard but misses workouts.

Five minutes in and he's still telling us what he's gonna tell us for the second time.

This was a very congenial extended advertisement.

Do you have links to Dr. Kramer’s research? Just curious. Would like to read it myself.

You can also just do hill sprints.

@jasonwelsh417 - Unless you can't do hill sprints because you've got bad joints - ankles, knees, hips, or lower back. Many of the guys I train are "high mileage" and can't do "traditional" exercises, which is why they're using kettlebells.
