Appreciate your video - I came across another video reviewing "The Wolf" and it lead me here.... I can relate to what you said and as a guy whose been doing every workout imagined in the last 30 years and was seeing success until 2 years ago. Long story short, I lost focused and was not "sticking with it" and switching up on programs weekly. Anyway - Great advise, great videos and i plan to buy your "More Kettlebell Muscle" after the holiday.
Such great content you’re always providing. I want to try this, specifically the body measurements. I watched your video recently on sticking to a single program for a year. I think I’m going to try that level of dedication in 2025 once I finish up the program I’m working on right now. Thanks coach 🔥
You are so much right. Sticking to a program gives result instead of shopping around. I am doing Giant and really like it, but still think it is hard enough for me
Funny, i just put a reply on a different TH-cam about this. I'm very discouraged, 59, and not seemingly making progress. Your one email that said you are where you should be is exactly right. It's just hard to swallow.
5:14 - As someone who is coming from a bodybuilding background myself I can say with confidence that anyone who says that recomp is impossible or not a realistic option has absolutely no idea what they're talking about. It's even the case Jeff Nippard says that the conditions for most people means that it's a serious and viable option and in my experience the difference between a recomp and a cut is how well you are approaching your cut. If you are cutting well then you'll recomp instead because you don't suck at it. It's just that for an advanced bodybuilder who is very lean and has already built a lot of muscle will have more difficulty, people look to what these advanced people are doing and copy them when it makes no sense for their current condition. The other thing is that people are looking to min/max their training with a short-term mindset, this impatience leads you to try and optimise everything. In combination with black-and-white thinking, it leads you to think that if it's not 100% optimal then it's ineffective and useless. In short, basically everything about undervaluing recomp has to do with being a n00b.
28's show up this week so I can restart Maximorium for the next 12 weeks! I may be cutting KSK 2.0 short 2 weeks, but I'm excited to start my 6th decade pushing for strong enough! I have a feeling I'll need 32's in 2023!!! Serious question tho, between Maximorium & KSK with some TGU mobility, what other programs would one need?
"Magic Land" exists. You just can't lose weight there lol I have a 20lb kettlebell. Firstly, I use it to warm my body up after long stints of inactivity. Then I'll incorporate into an actual workout(sets, reps, etc). I want heavier ones but they're quite costly for whatever reason.
In magic land I ate ice cream every night while maintaining my ideal weight; in reality land I packed on 10 lbs and every muscle and joint in my body ached from all the sugar.
@alexg4284 - I respectfully disagree. If you don't have the proper resistance training paired with your nutrition, you won't build muscle nor will you get stronger. As a result, a person will end up a smaller version of his/her "sloppy" current self. BOTH are important.

@karstenhedegaard3575 - Glad you're enjoying 'THE GIANT.' Please let us know your results with it.

@donvape336 - Yeah, but now you're doing "KB365" so you're seeing results, finally, right?

@dangernoodle2868 - Well said. I always say that the reason people say recomping can't be done is only because they've never done it.
So very true, weight/fat loss is ALL about diet. Exercise just helps you improve for a task.
@brianhopkins5251 - Well, there is SOME exercise programming that speeds up fat loss... But not the way most people exercise.
Awesome content thank you 😊
@graf0003 - You're welcome. Glad you liked it.
Recomposition gain muscle lose fat same time = its possible wo a large time requirement..but you know that because you taught me
@TheSourcingSamurai - Good to see you here! And doing it you have been! Keep up the great work!

@FrederickTSchurgerDC - Excellent to hear! And I think you're right about those 32s... And I think "Burn" would be the other one. ;-]

@ZenMasterNahc - LOL.
I see that editing skills went up. :)
Or did you hire someone?
@antonipoblocki - Oh it's ALL hired out. ;-]

@sublyme2157 - Ha!
There's option overload, so when you don't see the results you saw in your 20's, you assume you're doing something wrong.
I’m currently doing The Strong from Kettlebell Strong. At what point would it make sense to do The Giant or Maximorium?
@shumardi1 - Great question. When you have your technique dialed in from "Strong!" and practicing what you learn in the videos.
Diet is everything
