Just discovered your TH-cam channel. I’m 25 lbs heavier than what I should be. I’ve done kETTLEBELL training in the past and had huge results. Now I’m get me back into it. Thank you.
Important note: ,You can follow a perfect workout plan, but if you eat 2lbs of pasta and drink coke at every meal, you'll get nowhere. Eat your vegetables.
@alexfage123 - You are correct, to a certain extent. I've had guys use this program and not focus on their nutrition whatsoever and STILL lean out and get stronger.
Burn 2.0, and if you need to modify a few exercises you can. I was horribly out of shape and it gave me the best results I’ve ever had. It’s exercises for time, so do these two exercises for 15 minutes. Do a set, set rest. As you get in more shape you can get more volume and increase in Kb sizes etc.
I would follow the 5 level pyramid (Level 1= Swing, Turkish Get and Goblet Squat). In the older videos this is covered by Geoff. In Burn 2.0 it has a good and important part regarding nutrition. I see a mix of swings and nutrition changes as a first step. Be sure to use a "clean" technique. Maybe there is a serious coach in your area. Geoff can certainly help you. Strongfirst also trains good coaches.
@DannyB587 - No, not unless you are highly coordinated, come from an athletic background, and are injury free. I recommend starting with something simple like 'SWING HARD! 0.5/1.0'.

If you want the BEST results go with this man’s programs.
@desertromper - Glad to help.
@JohnRhodes-lv3rg - Thank you. Very kind of you to say.

Excellent, informative video that covered everything that should and nothing that should not be.
@ThorandSharon - Thank you.
My pleasure! You offer a quality product/service!@@GeoffNeupert
I'm working through RMF now but was just curious if the program mentioned is a different one from kB Burn Extreme?
@Dino-Spumoni - Yes, vastly different.
Would you recommend Burn 2.0 for a 400 lbs. beginner? Or should they go with something like Swing Hard or The Giant?
Definitely 2.0
@fallingteepee How is it working for you? I'm thinking this is the correct route for me as well.

How many bells do you need in the Burn 2.0 program?
@andreasjansson3620 - One or two. It's based of your TGU and Press 5RM.
