I found the issue. There a lose wire behind the fuse box causing it not to start also. If the battery option doesn’t work. Let me know I can post another video showing where the wire and what todo.
@@Trump2024-3 I really need the video a friend told me the fuel pump I replaced it and now they are saying the fuel filter because after replacing it that it sucks up all the old stuff I sounds like it wanted to start like it was out of gas but it's not
Maybe the reason why your car doesn't start sometimes is maybe because your battery cable is loose you took it off pretty easy and put it back on without even tightening it if you tighten it you probably won't have that issue anymore
Just had this same issue. I let my car sit for 2 weeks straight after knee surgery in Ohio’s winter. Brakes locked up, engine began turning over but couldn’t, lights worked just fine inside and out , we tried jumping the car and nothing. Everything I read said to get the battery checked for dead cells and to replace the battery in the key fob before going to the dealership. My mechanic friend came over and before we took out the battery he floored the gas pedal I believe while starting the engine and it worked! Push gas and brake at same time as start. Hope this helps anyone else with this issue.
Brake and gas worked for me too but watts is the issue. I got a throttle code and some u code I was thinking battery is strong enough to crank good but not strong enough to power the computers. Or possibly a bad throttle witch I doubt it.
Wow so this exact thing happened to me as well. Let the car sit in the winter for about 5 days without starting then tried start it up and would just do a long crank. Tried what you said and it worked. FYI before this I checked the battery and it was fine, checked while letting it idle and battery still checks fine too. Thanks for posting this.
My man Tyrone, I watched this and was like ‘nah, there’s no way’ and sure enough it worked. Thank you for the video.
First diy that actually worked! Thanks!
I'll definitely be trying that , was thinking my starter was going bad, maybe not tho, thanks man..
Thank you bro!!!! This saved my ass late at night when I was high in my way to get IHOP lmao!

@@Trump2024-3 You know you should really tighten down your battery cables that can be just a problem right there.

I’ll try it cause mine will not start the lights come in and it makes this long noise like it’s stuck on something.

@@CaptainWilliamKirk did you ever find out what was wrong with it mine is doing the same thing right now
Would you end up finding if the battery terminal don't work
Do u know the reason why the car does that?
Mines happen to me last night, I'm going back outside to try this...u said sometimes it work and sometimes it do, so what do u do when it don't work?
Hey bro could you upload a video of how to fix the wire
My man thank you so much ! All I had to do was just turn it harder.
What causes that?
Yea honestly when mines does that I usually wait for the radio to turn on. Once the radio is on push the start again and it will turn on. EVERYTIME
Not working for me...I'm stuck rn
@@JohnWick-ni7rpHow did you fix it?? Mines doing it
@@sarahruiz8120👀
Preciate it fam
Sounds like a starter problem
You shouldn't be able to take the battery cable off with no tool.
I let mine sit for like 4 days and the battery is dead every time

Just buy a new battery pan head and screw the cable back down before drive. You are going to ruin the alternator.
I did that didn't worked
I found that on mine it was a bad ground. Run a jumper cable from your battery ground terminal to the starter or transmission and see if it starts.
@@cm9380with the ground fixed it never gave you issues again? Having the issue rn
