c'est simple il faut que t'imagines un petit surfeur sur le bout de tes doigts qui surf la vague devant toi; c'est la direction de tes bras et de ta tete qui font que tu tournes, oublie pas de bien tourner le regard vers la plage quand tu tapes la fin de ton roll
