Hi there. Ty for this video! I have exact setup on mine, with a 07 Civic SI tranny and the MWR shift adapter. Everything shifts ok. However, I find it tricky going to 5th/6th gear because the 3rd neutral position (5th/6th gear gate) doesnt have “notch” feel. It easily goes to the 4th neutral position which is reverse gear. In other words, when im going from 4th to 5th gear, i end up going all the way to the right of the shifter where reverse gear is. I had an 06 civic si before so I know it shouldnt feel like this. Any advice? Is yours similar? Thank you in advance.

Hello Doug, I was wondering if i could contact you via email in regards to this swap? I have a MR2 Spyder as well and need some tips/advice about this swap. I just picked up a JDM K24A (RBB-3) and was wondering what i need to complete the swap. Still deciding on what harness and trans to go with. Thanks!

very simply stick with everything from a first gen RSX type S. Id also switch to a RBC manifold.

How did the shifter end up clearing the shift cable?

What was your solution for the intake? I’m stuck on that.
