Wow you just saved me a lot of stress my headphones wouldn’t charge and i thought of every possible way to fix this issue. Nothing worked and normal reset didnt work as well but deleting them from my phone was the key to get them to charge again. THANK YOU, you deserve everything you wish for!

Did everything mentioned in the video. Turned it back on, after some time. Surprisingly my headphones remembered the devices that it was connected to, before resetting. Even though Bose app showed no headphones connected, it was still connected to my iPhone and Mac's bluetooth. You'll need to 'forget' your headphones from all device's bluetooth settings, you had it connected to. And then follow these steps.

Thanks for the video. I have the 700s and only use them for watching my Sony tv. The audio cuts in and out a lot while listening. I’m close to the tv and router with good signal strength. Any suggestions to fixing my issue? I haven’t reset yet, and have tried cutting off iPad and phone Bluetooth with no change.

Hey, when connected to my macbook air, I can only hear audio in my right ear. It was fine 2 weeks ago but now isn't. I tried full disconnecting everything but same thing. My left is perfectly fine when connected to anything else.
Same problem here. Only one cup is working
Fix it through the macbook sound preference settings. What I suspect might be happening is, the settings might be toggled to where audio only comes out of one cup.
I bought the 700 used headphones and somebody didn't delete it from their Bose music app. So what do I do now? Should I contact Bose and see if they could remove the previous user

If you get the flashing lights like in the video but an error when trying to reconnect through the app, go to you iphone settings for bluetooth (not through the app but manually if using ios 17) and remove the paired device from your settings. Then reconnedt through the app.
Fixed all my issues.
My sound is lower than normal all of the sudden. I use Max Volume on my TV when playing games. All of the sudden it feels like 8/10. I'm pretty sure the robot voice is also lower. I don't know what happened or how to fix it.

Hey my Bose 700 is stuck on the Bluetooth off and I’ve tried everything but it doesn’t work
What finally worked for me was unpairing/forgetting the headphones from all the devices it's connected to and then resetting like he did in the video. Hope this helps!

@@aaronmaxcarver I actually got them to work. Keep restarting them over and over again until they finally work. It can get annoying, but worth it imo
So my headphones would not even show an LED light while charging. I thought something was wrong with the battery or something else. I did this trick and the LEDs came back on. I thought maybe I broke them. Thanks.
My bose 700 started making a crackling sound in the left earcup, don’t know what to do at this point

Yep then the audio in the left earmuff died. Resetting it didn’t work for me.

Hi, I recommend charging them via wall outlet for 30 minutes to an hour and then try resetting them again. If it’s not turning on at all, maybe it’s a power issue and it needs to be charged. If that doesn’t work, I would reach out to Bose support.

Hello, if in the first time it "kills" ur headphones dont worry make the same steps as before exept now there isnt the led that indicate you when tu plugg
But right after this you should see the bottom led flash twice as he said
The light is red now and wont flash twice
And the headphones don't turn on

Very sorry I bought these NC700. Not worth the hassle and my Sony are actually better at noise reduction anyway.

Bose make decent audio and they have great NC, but damn their software/firmware stinks. Theyre getting by on brand recognition alone at this point

Great now they don't turn on at all.
Same thing happened here. Some strange combination of holding the power button and plugging the headphones in got mine working again.
An update a while back changed the startup from instant to slow. I didn't look into fixing it since I figured it would only get worse. At least they still function well.
God this was extremely annoying to figure out. I had to uninstall my beats app and it connected instantly.
