    I like the sound design in this video when demonstrating the touch controls on the headphones! Really good attention to detail.

    Very meta watching you turn the volume of the music up and down using the touch sensor when wearing my BOSE NC 700 😳

    It would be great to see a teardown of the Bose A20 noise cancelling aviation headsets to see how they work and are assembled.

    I'm experiencing some sort of wind crackling sounds, do you know what could be the cause? Some microphone malfunction? even with maximum value for NC i can still hear it..
    thanks

    Where did you get your screwdriver to take out the screws? I have rice inside of mine! and I can't find a Star Bit with a hollow point anywhere that fits them. I would love your help!

    Does anyone know where the battery is inside? I'd really love to have a battery replacement guide, eventually the battery will die and the noise cancelling won't be usable any more since you can't charge and use them at the same time :(

    Mine are randomly stopping music randomly. I believe it's because they got hit by some rain drops. Is there a way to clean up corrosion or is it too late?

    My Bose 700's touch control area have stopped working. What component's should I attempt to replace first? How easy would it be to do?
    Perhaps the better question is how robust is the touch sensing components? is it more likely that the capacitive mesh and/or IC's failed or perhaps the connection worked its way loose?

    Can you tell me it is hard to replace battery? In previous model qc 35 you need to remove a very strongly glued piece of plastic. In video I see you just unscew the plastic and desolder a wires. Can you do video about this? There is no information about it in internet

    • @SiliconSoup
      @SiliconSoup  4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Firstly you need a special screw driver as shown in the video. To open, you have to tear the sponge a little. The Li-ion battery pack has a special half moon shape (model 792200-0010) so it may not be common. The is a small pcba attached to the battery and you may have to recycle that. Soldering skill is needed.

      @@SiliconSoup Thank you for such a great video and support. I could not find any place that sells that battery model. As you suggested, it may be difficult if not impossible to find a new one.

    • @johnc_
      @johnc_ 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@SiliconSoup Please could you make a video on replacing the battery or write a guide here? There are a lot of people with these headphones and they rely on a battery that will die sooner or later....

    • @johnc_
      @johnc_ 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm sure people would be happy to replace the battery with a more easily to buy battery even if it reduced the number of hours you could use it for, hopefully the datasheet will help identify what kinds of battery could be used. It appears to say 3.8v 630mah 2.394Wh

    The internal battery of the headset does not work and it only comes out a red color .. What is the solution 😭 And if we used the wire that came with it, it would work despite that broken internal battery???

  • @bbnazir

    I believe it's only a matter of time before you blow-up. 2 ways I can think of is trying to get a shout-out from a big Teardown orientated TH-camr (aka:JerryRigEverything/ or What's Inside).
    Make a viral video, how? Maybe a teardown type of content with a PS4/5 or Switch.

      i tried it, the best fit is torx security "T6H" or just "T6" with the security hole
