So long as the Meteii especially who are in power used to call Kuki and Zo tribe as illegal infiltrator and illegal migrants and the mental attitude of the bigger brother i.e Meiteii is not change there will not be lasting peace in Manipur, although there may be a short term peace but it will not last long. Basic problem is the poppy cultivation by the Kukis in the hills, secondly why the Meites should not be given ST status.

Separate administration is better for everyone safety and security. I agree to it when meitei government offices or any administrative organisation wouldn't justiced to kuki before is what the question of separate administration rises here. So when they cant justice kukis then it is good to make separate administration. You can't keep kukis forcely as slaves. If you keep then this kind of killing happens and later both parties should not cry. Because these things are written by you by your minds so crying later saying that they killed us or burnt houses isn't good.
