It’s now midnight on monday and my wife has been having contractions every 5 minutes for hrs but dilated only 1 cm and the doc said I would cancel my appointment on THURSDAY! Mind you this woman broke her ankle crawled to her car and drove herself to the hospital once. These videos are cute but I can tell you talk to your doctor bout sleep. Tylenol pm, Benadryl whatever better have it and not need it than be midnight and nothing is open. Lots of water your in for the workout of your life and it’s very important, also helps lessen the pain. Active sex, as much as you can and I’m not joking, work the cervix. Ask questions be prepared and be positive. Just being real

I’m a bit late but in case anyone else is wondering the same thing call your doctor. If you think you could be in labor or feel contractions before 37 weeks immediately call your doctor and they may have you go to L&D triage to be checked if they aren’t contractions they could be something else and even if it’s nothing it’s better to be safe than sorry!
i cane across this video today,33 weeks pregnant .i love all this adviceses but what if you are all alone during this pains and it is first pregnancy .what to do when to go hospital,since i have to drive myself
