I’m always working on my Harley. It’s the nature of Harleys. Summer riding isn’t bad, fall riding is better. I also ride in the winter and the spring. As long as it isn’t icy, I’ll pretty much ride. Good luck Hillbilly. You’ll be out on 2 in no time.

Hillbilly, when you go to the hardware store to get lock replacements for the saddle bags, go through the box of locks and find two that have the same key number, they're stamped on the key, I did this when I bought a used box to put on a trailer, there was a lock on both sides, took about 15 minutes to find two of the same but it makes it easy just needing the one key for both locks, happy hunting.

my riding days are over, after a Penski semi merged me into a median wall back in '08.. but I still enjoy seeing a good ride get prepared. ... amazed at what you can do with Body Work, Robby...
I quit in 99 after totaling my Wing, hitting a 15 year old illegal alien, riding a three wheel bicycle in the dark. He was attempting to cross a four lane highway, in the dark, in the middle of a block. He received two tickets out of the deal, but was a no show in court.
If the original engine is a genuine it would be totally be worth rebuilding and a great learning experience for Hilllbilly.
