    In less than 20 minutes I have a better understanding of how my tmj and neck/shoulder issues are interconnected. I could cry that someone is articulating the pain and tension I feel everyday in these areas! Great great video! Thank you!

    You are a true professional practitioner. Thanks for these videos.

    is it possible that something like having mono could cause a similar reaction in the tmj/neck and chest areas?

    • @DrRussInYourPocket
      @DrRussInYourPocket  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely. Mono has a long recovery period and often includes post-viral symptoms in the musculoskeletal system. I would recommend bodywork for folks recovering from difficult viral infections.

    Do you have any colleagues near northeastern oklahoma that specialize or are skilled with TMJ? I've never had a chiropractor as knowledgeable as you.
    Also what do you think about dry needling for TMJ? My PT who is working on my knees that dislocate suggested it. I'm just not finding anyone who can really help and the migraines are awful.

    • @DrRussInYourPocket
