  • Yes! We have many options available to us for relaxing, lengthening, tractioning, realigning, mobilizing and releasing the neck (or any other body part)! Our patient Linda to receives bodywork well but does not want any forceful manipulation, provides a great example of how this can be done safely, gently, comfortably and effectively. No need to expose a patient to the risks of the ring-dinger.

Literally reclaiming rational and credible chiropractic from the TH-cam cracking freak show - one video at a time here Dr. I would love to visit a chiro, I have all manner of posture related aches and pains but don't know where to start when it comes to finding a UK version of you. I imagine it would take a lot of phone calls and questions.

An actual knowledgable, patient focused health care professional on TH-cam, I'm in shock. Love this channel.

Much better than the garbage from other so called "Chiropractic" channels. Informative and calming

The neck is the only place i would not feel comfortable with fast cracking adjustments. This is due to the risk, albeit small risk, of tearing the artery and causing a stroke. Nice to see it can be adjusted without fast forceful movements.

I really wish I could find someone who can do this kind of work for my neck. The migraines have been a problem for years, and my resting head position is often tilted like a curious puppy or like I'm holding a phone up with my shoulder 🥴 Excellent video!
