I guess the easiest most soothing exercises are those u do them when lying on your back, more of this, maybe different techniques ? Thanks, very relaxing!

Wow! I do lot's of yoga where the focus is on stretch/strength and the idea of also sensing and softening really resonated with me. I tried this for the first time just no and it feels great. Some of the exercises got me really emotional, like flexing the foot without helping with the rest of the leg. It was hard at first because my knee just wanted to contract, but as soon as i got the motion isolated i felt this huge emotional release and tears rolling down my cheeks. I knew then that this was important work. I will be doing this alot. Thank you.

Hi Dr Russ, I’m a massive fan of ur channel. I’ve been subscribed since ur early videos. I’ve watched them all a million times each lol. I’ve been a massive fan of chiropractic TH-cam videos for years ie before they became popular like nowadays. You’ve been my 100% favorite channel the whole time.
I Would like to ask you a question! You took a 6-7 year break in making TH-cam videos.
(Which totally devastated me and many others I’m sure lol) but I know you must have had your reasons. Which is your business and no one else’s.
I honestly didn’t think I would see you post new content again after so long.
But by god I as-well as so many of your original followers I know for a fact where DELIGHTED you started posting again.
the question I’d love to ask you is!!!
How are you feeling about getting
Into posting TH-cam videos again over the last 8-9 months since you came back. Are you enjoying it and do you see yourself continuing doing so?
I so hope you answer is yes btw lol 😂
Absolutely love your work videos personality ❤️

@81pjbeattie I recognize your username, of course! i am pleased to know that my work has been so beneficial to you, and so grateful for your support and encouraging comments along the way. I read every comment, and comments like yours truly do encourage and motivate me to continue.
My hiatus from producing content was about my kids and family being the center of my attention for those important years, however I would occasionally look at my channel and see the videos accumulating views...I would see Tessah and say "guess what? That video we did hit a million views!" and we would take a moment to wonder about it.
To answer your question, I have been enjoying the process of creating and posting videos this year. My collaboration and relationship with my assistant has been good (she shoots, edits, and makes the thumbnails) and she has provided me with excellent guidance and I am grateful to her. She has her own channel where she sews beautiful garments in old style (@TuscanyPosey).
The videos are fun to make, the patients are appreciative (the treatments we film are free to the patient), and I am enjoying engaging with folks who want to engage with me. Recently had a lovely conversation with a young person who is considering chiropractic as a profession and wanted my opinion of all things!
So yes, I am enjoying this a great deal :).
THANK YOU for your patience as life circumstances kept me focused on family and my health. All is well here and I expect to continue to post frequently for the forseeable future. All the best to you on this Labor Day weekend.

Very relaxing and helpful. How often should this routine be done to be most effective?

    • @DrRussInYourPocket
      @DrRussInYourPocket  ปีที่แล้ว

Gosh, daily if you can! Otherwise, anytime you feel tense and tight or feel the need to relax. Even if you only did 10 or 15 minutes it would have a nice effect.
