Bootcamp Presentation - February 2019

n the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of February 2019, I attended the Speakers Institute Premiere Boot Camp in Sydney, NSW.
Those that know me pretty well, would realise just how far I was out of my comfort zone.
I was talking about Mental Health and how we need to do more in society to help those who live with Depression.
On the first day, I was lucky to get 10 maybe 15 words out on stage.
On the second day, things were better, and I managed to get to about 2mins out on the stage.
With a lot of Feedback from my team members and staff, I managed to improve my presentation for day three - which you can see here.
It involved a minute or two afterwards with Sam Cawthorn going through the presentation and some feedback.
I will be forever grateful to the 'Black Group', the team I was assigned to and all of the staff and volunteers.
