Hi Everyone,
My name is Craig Marchant, and I'm currently in the process of publishing my first book 'Conquer Your Inner Demons - The Ultimate Guide To Better Mental Health'. The book is due to come out around the middle to end of December 2020, and I'm very excited about that. The book is broken up into two parts, Part 1, which is my life story and goes through from the beginning. Part 2 I have decided to make into a self-help book of sorts, with the many different ways I've found over the years, which can help to improve your mood.
The book is available from cf.craigmarchant.com/book and is currently selling for AUD 19.95 plus AUD 5 in Postage & Handling regardless where you live in the world. This is my pre-launch.
So as you may be able to tell, I'm very passionate about mental health illnesses and about getting people the help that they need to recover and move on with their lives.

A presentation that I gave to Murrumbidgee Men's Group in Murrumbidgee, NSW on May 16, 2021.
In this presentation, I was speaking about my life journey with mental illness, and the very low points and the high points of my life.
Everyone has their own unique story when speaking about mental illness, and no two stories are ever the same.
I'm often asked what is the one thing that has really improved your mental health and overall you as a person, and it was the realisation that I am good enough, I am worthy, and I can do anything I set my mind to. When did this happen? It was on my challenge which was doing the Inca Trail in Peru on behalf of the Leukaemia Foundation back in May of 2016.

Bit late on the olde reply, but why does it make you sad? I'm happy with who I am, sure I could have done things differently any number of times but then again, I wouldn't be the person I am today and trying to help others with Mental Health Illnesses.
