Thanks for this Dr Mendelsohn… I’m still enjoying your videos with the way you get to the point quickly. I’m now at day 15 after upper/lower blepharoplasty, fat pockets removed, CO2 laser under eyes and fraxel on face. Eye bags, dark circles are gone. Amazing! ❤
hello dr. mendensonh. Congratulations on the beautiful surgery and for the courage to post the educational video. I always follow your work and it is a great honor to learn from you
Thank you so much for your kind words and for following my work. It’s an honor to share my experiences and knowledge through these videos. Your support and appreciation mean a lot to me. I’m grateful for the opportunity to educate and help others through my practice. Thank you again for your wonderful comments!
Thank you for sharing your experience. It is not uncommon to see the development of what we call epidermal inclusion cysts or milia following surgery, including upper eyelid surgery. These typically resolve themselves over time. We recommend that patients begin to use a washcloth more vigorously when washing their faces in the evening. If the cysts do not go away, we encourage you to see your facial plastic surgeon, who can "unroof" these with a little 18g needle. Rest assured, these cysts are not permanent and are simply an annoyance that will improve. Thank you for your question!

Thank you very much from Italy!
You are welcome!
I had upper and lower blepharoplasty and I keep getting cysts! Why is this?
