I think a video on the importance of a forward lean and momentum going forward(as opposed to an upright standing tall posture) would be a great video coming from you on how to maximize one's top speed and acceleration. I notice that when you take off, Tyreek that you have a very low to the ground center of gravity which is my guess why you can outrun everybody without using 100% of your juice. For about ten years I spent a lot of time trying to focus on picking up my knees and controlling foot landing. What I should have been doing and will continue doing is primarily putting my focus on forward momentum and a forward lean with chest out and glutes engaged pushing the momentum forward. It sounds cheesy but it's some real athletic science I'm talking

His footwork is obviously ridiculously good but what’s crazy is I’ve seen many other pro athletes with faster more precise footwork but his speed is 2nd to no one when it comes to straight running. His quads and glutes and hamstrings are monstrous for his size and you can see the power he generates from them when he sprints.
