I love how during that first cutscene Lea shows up in, At Dusk, I Will Think of You plays and youd originally think it's an allusion to Roxas Axel and Xion, but then it gets recontextioulized to be for the trio Isa Skuld and Lea

well he killed himself in kh2 with a powerfull attack but survived, i guess he really is XD

There’s another interesting secret that has yet to be revealed. Specifically when looking at the Secret Ansem Reports in KH2. DiZ says that in the radiant garden basement a mysterious door shows up. He even mentions it again in the final 13th report, but brings up how he never knew what that door was, and never got to know it’s secrets. Surprisingly this has never been brought up in a KH game since. 🤔
Oooooooh sounds like it can be potentially the Ark bringing in the foretellers, and the other keyblade leaders.

...I’ve had so many questions about that. Like, was she sent to a virtual world like Roxas was? Also, there’s the anomaly of Ventus going from being a Dandelion in the Age of Fairytales, to being Xehanort’s apprentice in what I can only assume to be at least several decades later...
This girl must be in another timeline that we don’t know about yet.
I cant wait for it to be revealed in a mobile tactile game.

Similar to the Ansem Reports and the Secret Reports, they could create something like, X diary entries. Entries written by Subject X in which she has written about her time as an experiment and being taken away by Braig/Luxu.
The other Organization members might have Recusant's Sigils somewhere that's hidden by their Black Coats.

I just got to thinking, what if Subject X gets revealed in Melody of Memory? It looks like we’re going to see Kairi in the labs before she’s sent to Destiny Islands and it’s possible we might catch a glimpse of Subject X during that part of Kairi’s memories.
I would be happy if we get a cutscene of Kairi remembering a time when she talked to Subject X when she was younger!
Hold up the battle between light and darkness. Maybe the MoM’s is Light because he said he wants the war to be over and he has a plan to end it.
It's just amazing how many sub plots Nomura had going on at once. This man is beyond genius!!!
My question is this.... What if the girl in question is really the girl we see in Verum Rex?!!!
My question is: How much of what we see in alternate worlds can be taken at face value... how much is there because it's part of the world, and how much is there because of those with a Keyblade meddling....

This is the main plot point that I’m looking forwards to besides anything dealing with Sora. Lea/Axel and Isa/Saix story is so fascinating to me.
It makes me wonder how much of a bigger role will they get in the coming games

Wow, that last bit of the video was really well constructed! I love KH, but at times the cutscenes can seem long winded. That tied all those bits and pieces together beautifully, thanks!
What did the movie do to 358/2 Days?! Those cutscenes used to be good, but they got demoted to the level of most KH dialogue. It is my personal opinion that Days has the most natural dialogue in the series. It just flows the best and is phrased well...even the ice cream line. The movie changed that. :(

That’s probably because he already has a piece of Xehanort’s heart within him at this point.
Imagine, you're playing KH3, you hear people trying so hard to uncover truths of age old mysteries, long forgotten to time. You take part in some of these fights over these mysteries. And you play KHUX, and you slowly realize, you're playing that mystery. But unlike most prequels, you're not given all the context in the prequel right up front.
You're covering a mystery as it happens, and you're uncovering that same mystery in real time AT THE SAME TIME.
I noticed something in DDD. In the Tron World, Xenmas says to Sora something on the lines of are you sure your memories are actually yours. I used to summed it up as oh Xenmas is just messing with his mind, but now I'm questioning if Sora is actually Sora.
I took it as a hint Ventus was present inside Sora, as well as Roxas having "integrated" so memories from the Nobody might actually have merged into Sora's memories - but much akin to a dream you're so sure was real after you wake up.
But it was *absolutely* Xemnas playing mindgames. That man can't... NOT... screw with people.
Subject X has gotta be Skuld. In the secret reports, Subject X states that she left with five other friends. Those friends must be Ventus, Lauriam, Elrena, Demyx (or rather, his somebody) and Luxord (ditto). Xemnas states that the latter four are tied to the ancient Keyblade legacy and we already know that Lauriam and Elrena are weilders, so the other two must be as well. Given that Ven is seen in BBS and Lea and Isa had met Subject X by that time, it's likely that they were all brought to just before BBS's events, which would also explain why Marluxia, Larxene, Demyx and Luxord are all adults as they arrived ten years before the events of KHI. UX will introduce Demyx and Luxord's somebodies at some point, I guarentee.
Ephemer, Brain, Ven, Lauriam, Elrena are the 5 friends but yeah it's gotta be Skuld

It’s not directly stated in 2, but it’s connected to something Axel offhandedly stated in 3.
At some point there is going to be a Union X Reunion.
Ventus already reunited with his Chirithy so perhaps his memories are returning but if they are returning he'll probably be traumatized by how darkness possessed him and used him as a vessel even before Vanitas came to be
@@firxanza5172 well looking at how things are in KH currently this is how I think some of the things to come will play out at some point.
Lea & Isa will go to find Subject X whom is strongly hinted at being Skuld... Isa will become a Keyblade wielder.
Lauriam will return with Elrena (the recompleted Marluxia & Larxene) & Ventus will return from the RoD with Aqua & Terra... at which point there will be a sort of Union X Reunion. At the same time the foretellers will be having their own Reunion... at some point Sora (maybe at the start or just prior to KH 4) will return as well for another Reunion where everyone will Reconnect?
The name I'd give Lea, Isa, and Skuld is the Celestial Trio: with Skuld represented by Stars, Lea represented by The Sun, and Isa represented by The Moon. I think it fits, but what do you guys think?
I don't think Nomura had Skuld in mind while writing those cutscenes. It's far more likely to me that he tried to shoehorn in this character just to give Union x more relevance to the main plot. Not saying it's a bad thing, I just don't think Nomura has that kind of foresight
I believe Nomura had intended something for those scenes. Just probably didn’t finalize exactly what that was, until Xchi became a thing.
I would say he might not have been planning it since those cutscenes, but he probably did since designing Skuld's character because they have a very distinct sun moon and stars motif. I would be surprised if it was just a coincidence with them going together so well.
I honestly think Nomura might have planned the entire story of kingdom hearts we know it since early chain of memories or kh 2
Nomura definitely puts random stuff out there first and then figures out a meaning for it later.

Kairi came from Radiant Garden. The machine is how Terranort sent her from there to Destiny Islands.
EDIT: Aqua's spell sent Kairi to Destiny Islands after Terranort used the machine to send Kairi into the Ocean Between Worlds.
@@Spartan-343 I thought the Spell Aqua put on Kairi's Necklece transported her there when the Heartless attacked
@@jakeriese4862 You are correct. I forgot to mention that. Terranort sent her out into the Ocean between Worlds and the spell of Aqua ensured she arrived safely to the Islands.
When Saix and Axel were looking for the secret chamber in castle oblivion, they were looking for the chamber where Ventus was sleeping

I'm curious how xahnort existed on the same island as sora does in the future when it seemed to not have anyone there except him. I wonder if he just had his memories erased and was left there like Kairi was. I wonder if the island just wasn't fully "loaded" yet like when they show his past in the latest mobile game of his trip to ahgraba and there being no people yet.
all we know so far from Dark Road and the main series about Xehanort's past is that
1. He is from Destiny Islands like Sora and Riku. He felt bored and thought the world was small.
2. Xehanort then made a mysterious figure that sent him on a journey and helped him leave Destiny Islands. Unknown to Xehanort at that time, the one who sent him on the journey to become a Keyblader was Ansem, Seeker of Darkness, a future incarnation of himself. So Xehanort's own story is a paradox.
3. Xehanort eventually ended up in Scala Ed Calem, which was a school for Keybladers back then. He befriended Eraques and a few other students. Currently, we've seen that aside from Eraques, he had four other friends, Bragi, Vor, Hemrod, and Urd.
4. Xehanort and his friends studied under Keyblade Master Odin, who sent them on a journey to investigate the disappearances of their seniors in other worlds that were just starting to reform from the aftermath of the Keyblade War.
5. Among his peers, Xehanort is the only one who came from the outside world. Eraques and the others have always been in Scala and never left until Odin gave them permission to leave.
6. Four years after going on that mission Odin gave them, a tragedy occured that caused Xehanort to apparently lose all his friends except Eraques. Xehanort felt some what responsible for this tragedy despite Eraques's attempts to comfort him.
7. During their trip through other worlds, Xehanort began to have doubts as to what the duties of a Keyblader truly is. He was taught that Keybladers are guardians of light and that Keyblades should only be used against Heartless. However, Xehanort was starting to think that maybe he should also start using his Keyblade on those who had darkness in their hearts and were capable of unknowingly using its power to call Heartless in to the world.
8. During his pilgrimage, which may have been a part of his own Mark of Mastery Exam, Xehanort met the enigmatic Master of Masters, who gave him the black cloak as an alternative to the Keyblade Armor, since both function as a way to protect the wearer from darkness when they use dark corridors to travel to other worlds.
9. Xehanort eventually realizes that the true duty of Keybladers was not to eradicate darkness and defend the light, but to ensure there is balance between the two forces. So darkness cannot be destroyed, it has to be controlled, and the same goes for light.
10. Xehanort gets the idea to start yet another Keyblade War, because to him, that was the only way to bring forth balance between light and darkness.
11. At some point in his later life, Xehanort found and took in Ventus as an apprentice. When Ventus refused to use darkness against Heartless, Xehanort betrayed him and extracted darkness from his heart, causing the birth of Vanitas. Ventus was left for the dead, but he survived due to his heart synchronizing with Sora's heart.
12. Xehanort decided to let Ventus, who had lost his memories as a side effect of the extraction of darkness from his heart, live for the purpose of forcing him and Vanitas to battle and forge the X-blade for him, so that he can summon Kingdom Hearts to restore the balance between light and darkness.
13. Xehanort decided to pass custody of Ventus to Eraques, who already had two apprentices of his own, Terra and Aqua.
I mean, it’s been 75 years since the chess cutscenes and the current day as per Re:Mind. And longer than that since Xehanort had been to Destiny Islands aside from a couple brief stops home where he didn’t seem to talk to anyone else. If you left a place for decades, would you expect anyone to still remember you?
Ansem's voice sounds like Count Dooku from Star Wars
I always thought his scar was from a training accident where Lea had hit him in the face with his big boy chakrams and that's why Lea had the marks under his eyes because he felt bad. But I probably only thought that because of the opening cutscene of FF8 where Squall and Seipher square off and scar each other.
I totally forgot about that chamber and secret room Xemnas walked through in KH2. Idk why they never expanded upon that. I think that’s what made KH3 kind of underwhelming because there were so many secrets and mysteries throughout the series but it’s like some of that stuff never happened or was there for no reason

For some reason, it’s pointed out in even as early as 358/2 days that Xemnas has a secret agenda. In MoM, we see Terranort putting Kairi away because he has a secret agenda. And for some reason, Luxu knowing his agenda might be pretty possible. What you think his secret agenda is ?

She would still be clueless cause she didn't fight the war technically ...she went off with other people xD she would have minimal recollection and info

After that once they unite all ... then they would go for MoM

LittleLibraryKoala read Ansem report 11 from KH1 , that’s the exact scene we see of Kari being put in that pod for the trailer of KHMOM .
Kari’s “Nobody” has the ability to change people’s memories but Kari doesn’t have that ability are maybe she forgot because in kh1 she doesn’t remember how she got to destiny island or remembers radiant Garden.
What really bothers me is people say the story is retconned but in reality I believe the story was already set since kh recom or kh 2. I honestly believe Nomora planned so far ahead knowing the series will get more traction and popularity over the years. The story wasn’t retconned in anyway more and more story is just coming out so it makes more sense as the players.
I definitely want to learn more about him and his complexities!

also i think the reason why saix has that x on his face is so xehanort can track him down just like with sora who had an x on his clothes so the organisation knows where he is.
