So at the end i was grabed my newly ordered Hex v2 installed a software, and scanned the car. Was Misfireing 1,4 and 5 cylinder - under that codes was Glowplugs ! Was put them under Electrical tester and they realy was bad, changed just all of them and all is Fine now even at - 20 and more !

That starter / battery combo is really not giving up! What type of battery do you have? Mine is much more weak (at -30c this weekend) and had to get a booster out to get it going.
I have the same car, it takes a 110ah monster. I have a Varta Silver and it performs the same, but -30 is pretty horrendous for diesels without a oil/block heater

Without a block heater on a higher mileage motor, this is pretty normal. There are things you can do to make it start easier, such as cycling the key a few times to get the glow plugs working better (and making sure your glow plugs are working to begin with...) Modern Diesels do have DPFs, but a 17 year old car is by no means modern. I don't think these TDi have DPFs or DEF.

@@nordlicht1881 Mine from 2006 has DPF and you wont see any black smoke from exhaust. This from 2008 definitely should have DPF but DPF can be removed and this smoke indicate that is the case

You have some serious problem with this car. It does not metter . I own 2008 vw phaeton 3.0 TDI ( same engine as audi 3.0tdi ) it starts in -10 - 12 celcius immediatly without a problem just few cranks.

One injector costs about 1500€ so you need change all that

Your glow plugs or glow plug relay is toast. Mine starts and runs even idle in 10s in those conditions.

One or more glow plugs not working.
Pretty easy fix and afterwards it'll start just fine.

This Audi needs a proper overhaul. I have a Golf mk7 TDI 2.0 with 215000kms. Started in -32C like it was summer, without any preheating or other help.

Never start immediately, first switch on the ignition and wait until the yellow control light goes out, then start.

Бензиновые оллроуды то ещё говно задиристое. Дизеля требуют котла. Подогрева. И не будет проблем с пуском в морозы
