Why is it that when it is not open all the way that it is moving? You can twist it, do you really have to put the rubber all the time? Isn't it supposed to be secured and stable?

That is a possibility depending on the size of your phone and the size of the RAM® X-Grip®. Often times, people are able to make an adjustment up or down that will accommodate the buttons on their phone, otherwise we recommend trying the larger or smaller size, depending on which you originally bought!

My only problem with these is they press side buttons / rockers on the phone...
