I had a great time test out the new Ram Mounts VIBE-SAFE with an X-Grip & Quick-Grip... To be honest I was quite impressed with the results. Having used Ram Mounts stuff for many years, these performed just like any other of their products. Very Lekka, nice work Ram Mounts 👍🏻🙂
Very good review right to the point, thanks a lot. I have an old x-grip (which I was using for years and very happy with it), and new phones image stabilizers are said to be damaged by the vibration on handle bars of motorcycles. I was curious if this dampener actually does any better. Eventhough it is very difficult to know even reduced vibration is bad for these new fancy phones but thanks to you, now we know this product does some work.

Hi just got the vibe safe attachment. Is it normal that while inserting the two parts together which have a screw sidewall, to feel tight?

I assume the vibe safe models are iPhone friends and will not ruin your camera?

Yes this is to assist with the issue of some phones having their camera sensors damaged by vibrations caused by certain motorcycles.
