Haha Korean chili flakes and paste look real spicy but they are actually quite mild. It adds different layers of flavour 😀

When you said to use soy bean paste is that the same kind of paste you use for mis soup too?
Miso pastes are quite mild compared to Korean soy bean paste so it won't be enough to flavour the pork :(

Yes I am! Make sure to cook it in skin side down first so it can crispen up 😊. Some people prefer it without the skin though
