The problem with the Large Cabin is that the neighbors aren't friendly and whenever someone fast travels to your camp, your neighbors respawn and come to say hello...with miniguns.

@@malfeastial well if you mind that then it’s definitely not the spot for you my friend lol but I like when my camp gets attacked. The only time it’s a problem for me is when I’m trying to keep a tame alive at my camp
Also for anyone checking out the last spot near Bolton Greens, there's a another cabin or two in the same area that're a bit smaller if that's more your speed. All are C.A.M.P. compatible.
I had my camp in the cabin. It was fun! We please note that while the random encounters my stop the super mutants in the cabin to the east will respawn and will often attack the camp! Don’t forget some turrets.

@@casskylla4961 lets say you just built a house. Select a wall or whatever but hold the button a bit longer. The selected item lights up blueisch. You can now light op more things and then save that as a blieprint and i statly build that same house or whatever again and again
I spent an hour making the bbq pit at murgles spot functional and look like it was cooking, mat fazed a campfire under the cooking grill and placed a bbq spit over it, tried different configurations but it came out fantastic. One of my old pride and joys when the game came out.
This was an awesome video. Love the way you describe all the positives of each location, seeding some ideas. Felt like I just had a house tour from a Realtor.

@3:09 i just made this pre war little house my new camp i love it so much nice and cozy added a basket ball hoop the tall one in the yard ,built 2 floor tiles to the side of the house for Crafting put the abandoned mine shelter on the side of the house looks decent.and a few other things 😊
I recently got back into fallout 76, my first camp was just near a road with 4 floors placed.. these videos gave me good ideas of where to put my camp Also i like how whenever showing off a potential spot its like he's doing a house showing (or whatever its called when people check out houses to buy lol)
love the video, I've built in most these locations, in my opinion they suit law friendly builds, please make this a series, I love finding new places to build and wish bethesda would open a few more places and allow shared camps so we could make a group community..

TOnik, you should be a relator You certainly have the chops for it. You sold me on all of these Fallout homes. I tell yeah. When a relator says people enjoy building here and they almost never get attacked well, I am sold!
Wouldn't it be great if they gave us some of these as prefabs to place? I'm not a fan of the run-down/destroyed looks which is why I avoid building in them, not to mention not being able to fully utilize the area due to pre-existing objects that can't be removed. But the structures shown aren't any bigger than some of the pre-fabs we can use.
I'm a new player to fallout 76 / no mans sky player atm) and ex Oblivion/Skyrim player I love you guys facts videos they do help but the promise when you go to the location it's already loaded with a bunch of players but they are a great help to figure out how to start off

Man, that last cabin is great... until you realize turrets aren't BOS friendly when they fly overhead and the nearby super mutants respawn every 15 mins and can one shot your turrents. I built a sweet home before i got sick of all the constant intrusions.. The search continues
I've built my camp in the location with the pair of houses. Sometimes you get a few ghouls but it is a great spot. Had a BOS base there for a few weeks. Moved because my vendor had almost no sales.

I built my camp on those cliff that also have sheed it located between sacrament and converted munitions factory such perfect place i even have paranoia that bethesda will change it into another overlook or something.
I watched your vid and built my hunter lodge next to white house near rusty pick. Some kind of super mutants kept shooting down my downed airplane generator from far away 😢 so I stored it for now and using large windmill instead. For some reason they don't give a dang about the windmill...😅 they must be some captain planet mutants.
On that last CAMP, the one that's your favorite. Have you noticed the beds disappear sometimes? You can tell this will happen when you see this sparkly shimmer effect going on around those parts in the interior of the cabin? Any fix for this?

Excuse me, but i have 2 questions. #1 - are you in Real Estate? You sold me that house with the great view of the river. Speaking of that leads me to my next question. Does the radroach wearing a fedora, sporting a cane, and taking a dump come with the house? It's at 4:30 btw.
My friend puked from watching me play fallout 3. I found a piss puked / bloody bed and it had needles next to it and I picked up the needle. She honestly ran to my bathroom and puked. So to me THATS a GOOD game. It was so brutal it can alter peoples feelings haha
Tried out the spot with the two houses near the toxic valley. Was nice at first. Then it got annoying cause it would constantly spawn me in the river beside the houses.
Would placing my camp at the charleston house location near the rusty pick today as of September 2024 be a great location for a camp? And would it be great as a high traffic area for either high level players, low level players or both? And would I see a lot of enemy spawns at my camp if I were to place my camp here? If so, what would be the full range of enemies that would spawn there?
Hmm, I’m trying to get the abandoned bunker up and functional cause it’s got some good space but should I place floormats everywhere within the bunker to make them able to put stuff on them and I seem to not be able to throw signs and stuff on the outside and give it more life

There’s another location way south on the map that has a greenhouse and a friendly npc spawn. The green house has mutfruit and spawns a cranberry nuka cola
I've yet to build a legit camp... only 2 weeks in. So I've had 2 n both were just a chest n benchs in some woods. I like the one by the river. I need to get some clean water n crops going. There's so much to do n learn its easy to get side tracked and accomplish basically nothing.

yeah I noticed this, it's why I decided to use the first of the 3 cabins, they didn't seem to wander over there..

If you dont want floor mats everywhere you can use a blueprint instead. Blueprinted items dont pop up thru the roof.

I really do feel like the only major thing missing from this game is the ability to scrap almost everything to make your camp look way cleaner

Note: if you huild your camp in the large cabin there is a super mutant spawn right next door. I got attacked everytime I went to my base.

i use 1 turret and its usually fine, only had it get broken by a mutant suiciding into it

Yes the roach comes with the house and has an old ring on it too. It's pretty cool 😎
I’m not in real estate, I can frame and build houses but not sell them haha 😅 And yeah! That radroach comes with the location. It’s an old Easter egg!

Spot 3 by The pick is a spawn for the wandering vendor bot and building there kills the spawn

Placing a small floor decor item in the bushes helps it disappear, for me tho.

I just tried setting up a CAMP at the Riverside Cottage. It wouldn't let me set my CAMP module down anywhere near it, let alone inside of it. 😞
